  Very reputable company. Their quoted price was the price I paid. Their website made it easy to get a good quote. A follow up call to ****** in customer service solidified the deal. My vehicle was picked up within 24 hours, and delivered to me sooner than I expected. Very easy company to deal with. I highly recommend them.

  I had a great experience with Direct Express from start to finish! I purchased my dad's mustang and had it transported to me from **********. From the moment I requested a quote to the safe delivery of my vehicle, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The communication was clear, the pickup was on time, and my car arrived in perfect condition - even earlier than expected! That part was crucial, as I was also trying to sell my other car at the same time. The driver was courteous and kept me updated throughout the journey. I highly recommend Direct Express to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy auto transport. Would definitely use them again!

  This company is horrible. Left an order for auto transport in September, and dates for transport were supposed to be from Oct. 9-13,I called repeatedly and got no response except "they couldn't guaranttee anything,"I got no satisfaction and no date whatsoever for my car pickup (From ***** to *****I continued to call from 10/14 to 10 /16.I finally went with another company (Montway, who were great).I canceled my order and they had they nerve to bill me $119!The bill was disputed, I'll get a credit on my card, but I'd advise anyone DON'T USE THIS COMPANY,THER SERVICE WAS DESPICABLE AND CAUSED ME A LOT OF STRESS.*. ******

  We are sorry customer ****** ****** is dissatisfied. She called us no less than nine times in early to mid-October when Hurricane ****** hit ******* and put a halt to all shipments to *******, which is what Ms. ****** was attempting to do from *************, **. We explained that to her on each call but she had a hard time processing the concept. All shipments to ******* were affected and Ms. ****** was no exception. Things cleared after about ten days and we finally assigned Ms. ******** order the day after her last phone call. We refunded Ms. ******** small $119 deposit before she posted this negative review. All of our other Florida customers understood the effects of Hurricane ******* But not Ms. ******* We wish her a ton of luck going forward.

  I had to transport my son's car to him from *****************, ** to ***********, **. I am very happy with the excellent service and *************** to ***********. They picked up the car from my house on Friday afternoon 3 PM and delivered it to my son Monday 11 AM.I will not hesitate to recommend this carrier. Best Regards, **

  I couldnt have asked for a better auto transportation service. Many people told me horror stories of transporting their cars but with Direct Express auto transport, the process was seamless. The transport company contacted me a few days before, arrived on the 1st day I requested. And completed a trip from *********** to *********** in under 48 hours. Both vehicles arrived to *********** in the same condition they left ***********. I will recommend Direct Auto Express to everyone transporting vehicles

  Read dozens of reviews and horror stories about various auto shipping companies before settling on Direct Express. Was extremely happy with the service. No bait-and-switch pricing, good communication, driver showed up 3 days earlier than expected. Made it easy.

  First time using a car carrier to ship my *** from *********** to *********** **. It was picked up 100 yds from my ********** after I requested, and delivered into my driveway 2 days later, beating me back to ** by a day!Everything took place exactly as the website explained. The driver and his wife were professional, and willing to talk over any questions I had. They stayed in touch through text, and gave ample time of their arrival. Will be using them again!??

  Our experience was good; anyone looking to have a vehicle moved should know that these companies are brokers, matching trucking companies to consumers who need their vehicles moved. The company that moved our car was fine, Direct Auto Express ensure the trucking companies are bonded and licensed. Would use them again.
