    On Saturday, October 21, 2023, I purchased food from the Sonic Drive-In. I ordered several meals. For one of the meals, I paid extra to substitute onion rings for tater tots. When I got home I saw that I did not get my onion rings which I purchased so I immediately called to report. The phone only takes messages so I left a message. I have not received a call yet. I decided to also submit a complaint online to ************************** that handles complaints that evening. I just received a response from my online complaint. This survey should take about 2-3 minutes to complete. We look forward to your feedback.They did not address my issue. They asked for feedback which of course would be you overcharged me and where is my refund. I understand people make mistakes but there have been no efforts to give me back the money I paid for the substitution. Its less than a dollar but that adds up if this the way they handle overcharges because mistakes do happen and Im sure often at a fast food place. There needs to be a better way to resolve these mishaps other than leave a message or send an email which we will never address.
