    My experience at this apartment complex was nothing short of a nightmare. Where do I even start? Let's begin with the security door in the building that never worked. It was like an invitation for anyone to wander in whenever they pleased.Let's talk about the elevator, shall we? It was a horror show. it was so dirty, I'm not sure they had ever been cleaned. And to make matters worse, there were homeless people using it as their own personal living space and bathroom. The smell was unbearable.I can't believe I forgot to mention the homeless people using the stairwell as their personal bathroom. The stench was unbearable and the sight was revolting. It was absolutely disgusting to have to step over f**** every time I needed to leave my apartment. They would also sleep in the stairwell. Imagine walking down the stairs to go to work and there are homeless people sleeping on the floor inside your apartment stairwell with the stench of whatever drug they were smoking.As if that wasn't enough, let's talk about the black mold situation in the bathroom. We contacted maintenance several times about it, but their solution was laughable. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they would just come in whenever they felt like it and slap some paint over the mold. And their brilliant advice? "Take cold showers to not irritate the mold." Yeah, because that's a reasonable solution for a problem that could pose serious health risks.It's clear they have no interest in maintaining the property or keeping their residents safe and comfortable. All they care about is squeezing every last ***** out of us, regardless of the state of the apartment.
