    Best expoerence ever. I didnt feel pressured or obligated to buy a car here. They gave me my space and made sure I understood the financing. Definitely recommend this place for a used car

    I went into today and test drove a truck. I went back to look at another and they told me that they couldnt do anything to help me. The sales *** told me that I should consider driving my car into a wall or hope to get into an accident. Mind you my bank has a car buying service and one of them truecar will send you directly to their website.

    I had a terrible experience with this business. I purchased a truck from them in August in 2023. I originally purchased the vehicle with minor concerns. *** addressed two of the issues prior to me leaving the lot. I was appreciative for his quick solution and repairs. He had promised to provide a bumper for the front of the vehicle (no license plate was present). I had the vehicle for three days before bigger issues were noticed. I used two of my annual tows with AAA to get the truck diagnosed and repaired. He did cover the cost of the major repairs. I was thankful and appreciative once again. The check engine light came back on while I was driving home from picking up the vehicle from the repair shop. I had to pay out of my own pocket to have a **** dealership clear the code and perform an additional inspection. He tried to make me sign a waiver I was not comfortable signing prior to releasing my vehicle. He and his company harassed me for days with phone calls and text messages. They made false statements and lied to me to try to make me sign their contract/waiver. Once I picked up the vehicle from his shop location. I have had no contact with them. I finally received my license plate from their company in the mail. Looking back. I should not have bought the vehicle. I trusted what he told me, and he guaranteed the vehicle was in good working condition. I purchased the extended warranty option provided by my financial institution due to some of my concerns. I have the truck back and it is in working condition. But, the heater still doesn't work. The "knock" is still present in the motor area. I will not recommend the purchase of a vehicle from this dealership. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again!!
