I purchased a 2015 **** F250 Diesel here for $31,100 on May 27. Two days later a check engine light appears, the following week I drop it off at a shop. It has issues with the emissions system and am currently 3500 dollars in repairs, and there is an issue with the trucks ECM that I will receive another bill for, probably another couple grand if Im lucky. The shop informed me this an issue that the dealership would have known about, especially because it was on their lot for over 4 months. I did buy the vehicle as is, however due to them not disclosing the a major issue with the DEF system and ECM, they caused me a inconvenience by owning a vehicle that cannot be driven until I pay a shop a fortune to fix issues that they knew about.

Just bought a 2008 **** F-250 truck for $22K. The ****** had only 2 owners very low miles and the service list was pretty decent as far as routine maintenance. Test drove it for approx 4 miles on the hwy and it seemed fine. Drove of the lot left ********** heading to *******. I was doing 80 mph the whole time until I rreached Stockton then the motor started shaking and wouldnt go over 55 mph. I was basically forced off the hwy but still needed to get home to Modesto so I started taking the back roads. Now the truck isnt going over 40 mph and Im getting furious making calls to Abes but no one is responding to the situation. They should either refund my $1k deposit and cancel the sale or replace the vehicle! Something has to be done cuz apparently they've been operating crookedly. I wish I would've read these bad reviews before I trusted my money and credit with them. I thought they were cool and honest guys but maybe I was wrong! Damn!!!!

    Dear ***** ****,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had concerns with the truck you purchased from us.
As noted at the time of sale, the vehicle was sold as-is, and we were transparent about that policy during the buying process. After you returned the truck, we had it professionally inspected and were unable to find any mechanical issues. The same vehicle was later purchased by another customer that same week, and to date, they have not reported any problems.
We understand that used vehicles can sometimes bring unexpected challenges, which is why we always encourage buyers to have an independent inspection done before purchase. Even so, we aim to be honest and fair in every transaction and are sorry this experience didnt meet your expectations.
If you have any additional concerns or would like to discuss this further, feel free to contact us directly at ************ or email us at ******************************** We value every customer and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

I applied for a vehicle here online and I was approved and they ran my credit. The salesman has talked with me but the finance guy is refusing to contact me with the details and they will not send me my credit report. They also said this car was a higher package than it really is. I just want people to know that this dealer is shady

Purchased a vehicle from ***** MotorSport July 11, 2024. Purchased the *** Warranty for $2895.00. Advised by ***** the finance manager if this warranty is cancelled within 60 days of purchase a full refund will be issued ****** no longer works for dealership). Vehicle had an issue with the transmission and part wasn't covered under warranty and cancelled warranty August 22, 2024. Called ***** MotorSport and spoke with ***** (who woman says also doesn't work there anymore) proceeded to cancel the warranty and advised us that since cancellation occurred within 60 days full refund will be sent to lienholder for $2895.00, can take up to 30 days to reflect on financed loan. Received cancellation notice from *** **** via email. Lienholder has not received a check in that amount which has prompted this since October 2024. Fast forward to March 2025, lienholder has not received a refund for $2895.00. Have tried to contact ANYONE at this point at ***** motorsport and woman ****** or ***** says no one is available and never any call backs. Have been in contact with *** warranty (also filed BBB complaint on) and ******** in the escalation department stated **************** submitted the warranty 3 times and cancellation notice from email I submitted in complaint is for an already voided contract and that **************** needs to send the correct cancellation notice for the active contract. Called ***** Motorsport again this morning and no one is available only salesperson. I would like this to be corrected and issued a full refund of $2895.00, because error was made by **************** not us.

I purchased a 2014 silverado 1500 through abes, when I purchased it I also purchased a warranty through them for one of there coverage companies. My transmission went out in my truck and I took it in for repairs. I was informed by the warranty company that my repairs will not be covered because the size of the tires on my truck. I purchased the truck with the tires on it. I even had it noted on the warranty that the truck was lifted so the lift would be covered as well. The warranty company not only told me the repairs will not be covered but any mechanical issues going forth are now void. I contacted Abes to try and find a resolution to this because they sold me a warranty under false pretenses. I first talked with a Manger named MO. He assured me that he would look into and find a resolution for me. Even gave me his personal phone number to contact him going forth. He then ignored all my calls and attempts to contact him. I then got contact with ****** who works in the warranty department she told me her boss the ** of dealership would be contacting me, witch he did. A gentleman named ***** contacted me and informed me that they stand behind all warranties they sell and he will personally take care of it for me, I thought finally we would have a resolution. He said give him a week to get it figured out and would be calling me the following Wednesday, said call never came. I have reached out several times and feel my bunbet has now been black listed for them to even answer because the directing receptionist does not even answer anymore. This was a $4580 repair completed on my vehicle that I had to come out of pocket on even though I have been paying for a warranty. ***** himself said he does not feel the damage to my transmission was done by the tire size and he will make sure I am taken care of. This is shameful business practice.

He said it would take about 30 days. Two months later, no refund. New contact, ****, took over my claim and recontacted Liberty Shield. As of 9/12/24 still no refund and no response from ****!

This was purchased from a third party. We cannot issue a check ourselves. We have to wait for Liberty Shield to send us the check, which can take up to 60 days from the cancellation date.

I went to purchase a 2014 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland, from Abe's Motorsports located in **********. I initially noticed the front end was slightly loose (nothing significant) I asked if it had any prior accidents, they said no. I proceeded to look at carfax and sign paperwork, nothing on the carfax showed any accident or collision, they had me sign two documents electronically one disclosing that i've read and understood carfax, and the other that i understand im purchasing the vehicle as it, after taking vehicle off lot I noticed it needed an alignment come to find out I could not get an alignment because the suspension is broken, two verified mechanics confirmed a front collision accident and the accuracy relating to unable to get an alignment done because the car is actually unleveled. I called the dealership letting them know and I'd like my money back. They also asked me to bring the car in for a vin verification (Which was not done at the time of purchase but a month after i've had the car) they agreed to look at it and the damages that the car has, they came to the conclusion that they wouldn't fix it. Moving forward I contacted the bank to let them know and they actually have only 2 documents( the two documents that I electronically signed) they do not have the carfax. And I do not have copies of either electronically signed documents, which after speaking to **** with reliable credit he said that one document has actually said there is front collision damage and frame damage. It's odd that I was not informed of that as I would not have purchased the car and it's even more off that I don't have a copy of that document. They denied it being in an accident but the lending bank has a document saying it was? The dealership is not working with me to get my money back or fix it. And this is completely wrong. Not only that there have numerous reviews regarding similar situations. This needs justice. I am a single mother and do not have thousands of dollars to fix

5/19/2024 I bought a used car that was said to be reliable. ****** 2012 explorer. The front seat was broken meaning the electric went out so it was all the way back. I was fed up with the long financing hiccups trying to get me financed. I walked out and told Par the salesperson forget it. He chased me down and promised it would go smoothly begging me to come back inside. They asked me to create a membership with a local credit union and fraudulently ask for the senior discount option. They said they would pay the fee for me so that the deal will go through. I failed to see how thirsty they were to make this sale. I drove 2 hours home and when I got off the exit I felt the car driving rough. I have taken it to a mechanic who charged me ***** to fix the serpentine belt and brakes and transmission fluid, oil change and the broke front seat. This is not fair to trick people into thinking they got a reliable vehicle. When the truth is they dont check or service and prepare vehicles they just wash them and sell them which is unfair. The copy of the Carfax was light and unable to see the print. All around bad business please help other innocent people from wasting their hard earned money here at Abes motorsports in ********** Ca!

9/23/2023 We purchased a used **** pick up truck. We purchased the *** insurance (guaranteed asset protection) for ******. The car was involved in a car accident which totaled the vehicle in November 2023. After insurance paid the amount owed was more than what the insurance company valued the car at leaving a balance of approximately $2200.00 We contacted CARCO who is the *** insurance company noted on the contacted. They indicated that they had not received any payments or communications from Abes Motorsports. They also indicated that the company had 90 days to file and they had more time. I called **** and advised them of the above. I spoke with a woman who needed to research and will get back to me. No one ever called me back. February we called ***** again who said the policy for Gap had still not been filed from **** and the time has passed to add a new contract. They (CARCO) are now to be held harmless. We called Abes motorsports again in February 2/23, Spoke to *** (FINANCE MANAGER) who also indicated that they needed to research. I have called again and cannot get a hold of anyone with **** who has any information regarding this. Abes motorsports is both neglectful and possibly fraudulently accepting payments in promise of an insurance policy through CARCO and failing to file the paperwork and payments.
