Location of incident: Big O Tires ************************************************************ Invoice No: 005289-159069 Brief Description: I took in my girlfriend's car on 07/31/2023 for an oil change and a brake replacement estimate. I was in the lobby for over 3.5 hours. As I waited patiently, I was never given an update on the car, and the other customers who got there after me were already getting their vehicles back. I approached the receptionist to ask for an update on the car but was overlooked and left standing in the middle of the lobby. The owner then finally approached me to give me an update on the car, she stated that they did not have the correct oil filter that fit my car so the entire time I was waiting in the lobby, no form of communication was given to me. I waited for another 45min after speaking with the owner and yet no filter was placed on my car. I walked up to the receptionist once more to ask for an update on the car and they had no clue on what to say. I asked to speak with the owner because I no longer wanted their services since they were uncommunicative, did not provide the proper service, and were very unprofessional. The owner and associates at the BIG O TIRES located at ************************************************************ displayed high levels of unprofessionalism as they cussed at my girlfriend and I. They had no ethical response to why I had to wait for over 3 hours for an oil change and began to make us feel unsafe. After receiving the car, my girlfriend was notified that her AirPods which were in the center console of the vehicle had now left the location. We began searching the entire car and did not find them, so then we contacted law enforcement because when the location on "Find My iPhone" refreshed they were located inside the mechanic's area at BIG O TIRES. One of the mechanics told my girlfriend "you guys are stupid just use FInd my iPhone." Overall, this was one of the worst experiences to say the least.
