            Date of transaction: 01/6/2022 Amount of money paid to St. Vincent De ********************* Store: $223.34 What the business committed to provide: Delivery of king *** spring What is the nature of the dispute: I purchased a *** spring and set up a delivery date of 1/14/2022 with Rola (store clerk). She entered the incorrect delivery date. I verbally told her it was incorrect. She assured me it was ok and that I can reschedule once they send a delivery email and I can change it then. The following day I received the delivery email. I read it the following day, tried to reschedule and I received an automatic email stating the store is temporarily closed as of 1/8/2022.I have called the company and left several messages with no response.
