      For the last eight years we paid for a storage unit at Security Public Storage on ******************************************. Last June 30th, 2025, we vacated that unit, went into the office to let them know it was empty so that they would not charge us for July. One of the employees in charge of payments named **** told us that they had already sent the request for payment to the bank (we had auto pay) and that we would have to wait a month for our refund, After a month and a half, we got nothing. So I called ***** again and she said we should receive it anytime. We did not receive it. I called again, and ***** told me that the central office had told her we'd get it in 90 days, at the end of September. we have not received it, and we are asking that they pay immediately. The amount is $316.00.
