    I ordered cameras via a phone call with ADT, but was rerouted to a "local dealer" (Safe Security Solutions). I spoke with ***** ******* and she processed my payment of $3,416.99 & $598. A "master-tech" came to my house and before I could even introduce myself he told me that I was not going to be happy with the cameras that were recommended to me. I of course asked why and he stated, "your home is a custom home and these cheap ****** cameras are not to the level of this house". He himself did not even recommend them for my custom home. He said he was going to have the company cancel the order. This triggered the owner, ****** Largaespada, to personally call me and come to my property. He spent at least an hour walking my home to try and say that he wanted to retain me as a customer by upgrading me for FREE to a better quality camera. He was going to be able to soften his loss by using left over equipment from previous jobs. I have a witness that can attest what he mentioned that day. I verbally agreed that he can install the "higher quality/commercial". I never signed anything saying that I would pay the difference in what I paid for the lower quality cameras and the higher quality cameras. He installed the higher quality cameras and I still did not like them. I told him he needed to come and pick up his equipment and to cancel all services attached to his company. We have been going back and fourth the past year and a half and his ego is in the way from us both just calling it a loss. He is trying to charge me full price for the "upgrade" that he stated he would eat the cost on, since I had already paid for the lower end cameras. I always pay my debts and my credit report has been clean my entire life. Clearly he is falsely reporting that I owe him, when I have the receipts that I paid him for what I ordered, not what he tried to fix his problem with. He also broke my smart-home system and I had to pay another company to fix ******** mess.

    Customer in this case is correct we upgraded the original order to a super high definition camera system and a complete security system.  Our company also custom installed monitors in the kitchen and primary bedroom the custom wire runs include the wiring, hdmi cables and cameras.  The alarm system that was installed worked properly and has a contract attached as the customer stated and provided documentation for.  The installation was not paid for the customer had us finish the entire job and then claimed we are responsible for her entrance gate in which we did not contract for.  The customer stated to the install team she was going to teach our company a ****** she claimed she had an attorney and that she would not pay.  The customer cancelled the Adt alarm services agreement in which she had signed for 2 years.  This customer is going to litigation if we can not come to a fair resolution we are prepared to settle this case for the two thousand dollars, as we can not get back the work completed in the property and wires in the attic that we installed.  We would also like to retrieve our camera equipment that the customer is claiming she does not like.   Per contract the equipment should be returned and was never available.
