    USPhoneBook.com have publicly posted ALL of my personal information including my home address, cell number, relatives names, etc, etc, etc... This is absolutely NOT OKAY and a flagrant violation of personal privacy by disabling their "opt out" procedure. Their contact information is a scam. The phone number is a con with no discernable way to speak to anyone, ending in being disconnected. Their email address is a con and ends in an error message every time leaving no way to contact them to resolve any issues. The opt-out procedure is a con and ends in an error message every time making this entire business model ILLEGAL. There is NO WAY to contact these people and this is a HUGE privacy violation in addition to potentially put peoples lives and safely in jeopardy without being able to remove this information. Completely illegal and I am happy to take legal action if this company isn't stopped. This website needs to be TAKEN DOWN. This is reprehensible and dangerous! Disgusting.

    I am rejecting this response because: USPhonebook.com has not removed my information.  I am unable to use their "opt out" procedure as their websites as they are NOT WORKING! I believe that is built in and on purpose. My name is ***** from ************** (age 48...fyi) That is all that is needed for anyone (including your the representative of your companies who WILL do as I ask and remove my personal data) to pull up all of my personal information, location, phone numbers, friends, family and previous addresses, etc.... It is the responsibility of USPhonebook.com and any other website issued to **************************** (**********, **) to delete ALL of my personal information from being posted publicly and THEY need to do this immediately. It is a violation of my personal privacy and is putting me in physical danger.

    The optout option at usphonebook does not work. I see others are having the same problem. There is personal and complete info about me and my relatives I do not want available to anyone on this site. They go way beyond address and phone.***************** is not related and does not live here .... he may have many years ago ..... he is listed as living here and his mail is coming here. How does one get this information gone, please.

    USPhonebook OPT-OUT does not work. Following instructions provided, the 'Begin Removal Request' button will not work'. It simply does nothing.Additionally, when trying to contact the company, the Submit button complains that the Captcha has problems so no message is sent.Further, the toll free number to contact USPhones offers no help in removing data or provisions to leave a message.It appears they are trying to make it impossible to remove my information.

    The captcha on the website is broken. It will not let me opt-out or contact the business through their own website. Once all the information on a page has been filled out, and the captcha has been completed (with a green checkmark as confirmation) the form still cannot be submitted. When you try to submit the form it says captcha error, despite the captcha being successfully completed. I have tried this on multiple devices and networks.

    It was brought to my attention that my cell phone number is listed as someone unknown to me in the USPhonebook.com website. Their website lists someone by the name of ******************************* in ****, **. I am the owner of this number (**************) and have been for almost 20 years. I do not know the individual listed and have used the reverse lookup feature to verify. I have never lived in **. I have lived in ********** for the last 26 years and the phone number is a ********** area code, not **. I contacted the BBB field office in ***** who gave me a number of the company to try to resolve directly. I've tried reaching their company directly and have left multiple messages with no response or attempt to resolve this fraudulent representation. Their website lists this individual as "safe" and verified but it is fraud and I fear my phone number is being used with malicious intent or scamming purposes. I've been told by a representative of the BBB that this company has many complaints and the lowest rating possible for deceptive practices or failure to respond to complaints. I would like the BBB to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I can be reached via the contact information provided. Thank you for your time. *********************

    This company is publicly listing all my personal information on their website without my permission. My name, complete current address, age, and phone number. Setting me up to have my identity stolen. And when I submitted an "opt out" request to have this information removed from their website. They stated this information would be removed within 72 hours.
