    I am a healthcare provider who cannot legally have false contact/location/employment/association history online. those providing such false information are subject to hippa/ferpa/liability/fraud/defamation prosecution including criminal proceedings.

    I contacted USphonebooks requesting the removal of my personal info. First, they insisted that I do this via a tool not heir website, that is designed to request several additional information from the person, before they can even send the request. I stated that I did not want to use their tool and pass more sensitive data, and that my written request should have sufficed. At this point, they just keep telling me that they "can't remove my info from public records", which is not what I requested at all. I need my info removed from their website, I never mentioned legitimate government agencies. They are just repeating a script designed to confuse people. This is dishonest. I want my info removed.

    usphonebook.com is currently displaying my current address, list of extended family members and information that I do not want accessible on their website. Their "opt-out" page does not work. After completing the instructions on the page, the "Begin Removal Request" button never becomes enabled, even after completing the required reCaptcha request. I've tried on multiple operating systems and on multiple browsers with the same result. The "Contact Us" form on their site does not work, and the phone number on their website refers you back to "opt-out" page, without providing an option to speak to a person. Isn't it against Federal regulations to not provide consumers with an option to "opt-out"? I want my information off of this site. After seeing many complaints about the same exact issue from others, I'm wondering why this site is still operational.

    I would like to be removed from the usphonebook site. They have a page to do this on the internet; usphonebook.com/opt-out Following their instructions, and even passing the recaptcha does not enable the site's button to proceed and remove my information. Their contact site has a similar issue. The recaptcha passes but pressing the submit button results in an error message.     I have my personal information such as my home address, my phone number, my age listed on the website, USPHONEBOOK.COM. According to the website's directives, I can opt out of having my personal information for everyone to see and to have access to. I have tried numerous times, the website is not allowing me to remove my personal info on it. It is also not giving access for me to contact them directly to have my personal information removed from the website. My personal information is out there for all to see on the USPHONEBOOK.COM is purposely prevented mefrom removing my personal information.
