USPHONEBOOK.COM listed my personal information on USPHONEBOOK.COM without my permission. I have been trying to contact them to remove my information from their website but they do not respond. I tried to remove my information from their website online as per their instructions on the website, but it does not work. I tried to call them they don't pick up the phone. There was no money involved in any transaction. I have a problem with my personal information linked to my company phone. And my information on this site. The website claims you can opt-out by following their step by step instructions doesnt work, Once you click the opt out button the process stops and you cannot proceed! They provide a number to call which I have called multiple occasions nobody but a nice automated voice, with no working options are available! They are showing my private information including my age and I tried to opt out using their method and they never removed my information. Part of the process included that I had to check a couple boxes and enter my email which then resulted in Brandyourself.com soliciting me and saying they can help me remove my private info and keep it off if I pay them over $100 per year. I don't really the exact figure maybe it was $129 a year.When I try to call USPhonebook.com to help in this issue the number just gives you options that go nowhere and when I emailed back brandyourself I got no response.Business Response

In a Tell about my problem with the business .. I have utilized the businesses removal of public records from their database a number of times in the last 12 months. However' my (PII) Personal Identifiable Information continues to reappear about every 3 months. In an understanding of the businesses privacy policy for consumers, I am legally certain the business cannot retain certain (PII) information for record keeping purposes to include' residual information and other records.In Statement I am a continued victim of Identity Theft as recognized by federal, state and local law enforcement. I've attempted to remove my data from this site today 31 Jan ****. The site USPHONEBOOK.com requires that you use the email they have listed to remove records. However, the email listed is invalid/inaccurate. They require a confirmation email to be sent to "activate" the deletion. Given that the email is invalid, there is no way to complete the deletion of PRIVATE INFORMATION. I've attempted to call the company @ the number they have listed: **************. It is not active. I attempted to send multiple emails to www.usphonebook.com/support. This email generates an auto response looping me back to www.usphonebook.com/opt-out which requires access to an invalid email they have listed for me. Therefore the result is a ************ with my personal data remaining on the public internet displayed by a simple ****** search of my name. I'm certain this is happening to many others who may be aware (or perhaps) unaware of the personal data on the internet by this company and the inability to remove it.Business Response
