Early December a man named Aman Wyzdom was paid in for one clothing project and then before Christmas he was paid in full for another half of an overall clothing project. It was only supposed to take ***** days, 20 at the most. Since then excuses have been made that include catching covid, receiving materials delayed due to covid, his store supposedly being broken into and phone being stolen, misprinting and returns, delays on receiving ink, and being refunded money never seems to be an option because he has no funds due to his businesses currently failing After attempting to see some sort of progress on the project I was informed by one of his business partners that he is doing this quite regularly as of late and is even opening a second business. And that the partner is the one with the reviews online and not Aman. **** is just using his name to attract business and has no real experience with the job he was paid for. One interaction with Aman while returning faulty product that he tried to pass on us, he felt the need to inform us that at the end of the day, hes still a real a$$ *************** has been informed that not only has this cost me the cash I gave him, but loss of sales due to purchases having to be refunded due to lack of product because of his negligence. He hasnt shown pictures of any materials purchased or tracking numbers for product in route to him. It appears he has used the money towards his new business and supplies for his other shop and has no real intent to do this job at all. Im looking for some sort of help retrieving money so I can carry on my venture with another more established business.
