This company has all the expensive technology, but if there is a problem there is NO WAY to talk to anyone to explain. I ordered 5 fixtures--$915. I received 2. I can't install them as I need all of them for the front of my house. I ordered in October--now they say **** I want a return and a refund. Order number: ******** I have been on the phone and website & just get automated answers. I would never order from them again & I will discourage others to do the same.*******************1STOPlighting Response

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Wish I would have come here first to read reviews before odering. DO NOT order from here. **************** is horrible as they are an all digital platform. Do not respond to requsts timely. I was sent defective product and want replacement. Can't find out what my status code means. I too think I was duped. Very sad a company like this exists and goes through trouble of sending me a product that cannot be used just to get my money. Probably out couple hundred dollars! We promise to take care of you! So, if a problem ever arises with your order, we will do everything in our power to make it right and have you leave with a smile. this is on THEIR site. but furthest from the truth. They have deceptive delivery statements on their website, so beware. They only ship GROUND. so if it says 2 day delivery, unless you live next door to the warehouse, I would not count on it getting there. They will give you an 'incentive' payment of about 10 dollars for not honoring the 2 day delivery. DECEPTIVE. FRAUDULENT?If you must buy through them use AMAZON where you have recourse because they wont honor the delivery 'guarantee'ZERO STARS1STOPlighting Response

I purchased a fixture, I was unsure it would give sufficient light for the area that I have. So I connected the wires, never fully installing the fixture and held the light in place. I realized it was insufficient so packed the fixture back up ALL in original packaging. They refused my return but never offered to return the fixture that I paid for so basically they were going to keep the fixture and the money I paid. In my world that is stealing. I reached out let them know I would be willing to buy another fixture from them and would be happy to pay a restocking fee. They refused this request and still no offer to send mg fixture back. Finally, after I pointed out that they could not keep the fixture and my money, I was told to send a return shipping label and they would return the fixture to me. ZERO INTEGRITY! This company is a total scam! Purchased 3 items with a 2 day delivery guarantee. After 2 days when they should have been delivered, the order status had still not been updated. When I called the **************** number, all I got was an automated message stating they had gone totally digital and to fill out a web form. They advertise a "chat with us" option but it doesn't actually link to a chat option, so basically you can't talk to anyone! I filled out the web form and did not receive a response but when I checked the order status the next day it showed 2 of the 3 items shipped. No word on the third item. I filled out another form asking about the refund for the late delivery and still no response to that or my request for an update on the third item. This company should be fined for all of the false advertising and their business practices. Do not order from them.1STOPlighting Response

THIS COMPANY IS C*** And just like the other reviews, VERY DECEITFUL. I believe the the good reviews are probably fraudulent! **************** is non existent. Its all virtual c*** No humans. After robot gives you website they automatically hang up. Then when you waste your time entering your order number with the virtual non assistant, the reply is I dont understand please enter order number. After 6 attempts of wasting my time Im out $300. for a broken chandelier and this company takes no accountability or responsibility for communicating with the customer but rather steal from them. I would never shop there again and would tell as many people as possible to STAY AWAY FROM THEIR WEBSITE UNLESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT LOSING THEIR MONEY.1STOPlighting Response

I ordered 4 lights from 1stoplighting two months ago and only received 2 of the lights. They charged my credit card for all of the lights. I called and was told they had my other two lights in stock and would send me an email shipment notification. I never received the email or the lights. I filed a claim this week through their business and asked for the refund of the lights I never received. MY CLAIM WAS DENIED because they said it was too late, the order has been shipped. I still havent recieved a shipment confirmation or the lights and cant get ahold of anyone. They also claim a $50 discount if they dont get your order delivered in 3 days.. didnt get the discount either. Do not order from them!!!1STOPlighting Response

Very similar to what someone below stated. I purchased a product and the pages says free returns. However if you check the return policy on a separate page it states that SMALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES can not be returned. This light blub that I purchased in the name said accessory.First I attempted to do a return through the website, they automated response says please allow 24 hours for processing we will follow up via-email if there are any issues. A week later still no email, I have to log into the web site to find out the return has been canceled. Chat with the on-line customer service and that is when he showed me where the return policy states accessories are not returnable. The worst part is the false advertising. Not only was the bulb the wrong size. the website clearly states no re-stocking fees. (of course there is no fee, because they will not accept the return.)Customer service reiterated their policy and disconnected the chat when I asked for some sort of restitution.BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, I'M NOT THE FIRST TO BE SCAMMED, I will check BBB next time before I order from a random website the pops up on *******1STOPlighting Response
