      My family and I were treated very poorly at ******* Seafood restaurant on Saturday, 6/11/22. It was my niece's birthday and we made reservations for their outdoor patio at 12:30pm. We arrived early and waited outside in 100 degree weather while they were supposedly getting our tables ready. We checked in with them at 12:30pm and 12:45pm and they were still not working on our tables. The hostess was incredibly rude when we voiced our concerns and just said "oh you're hot? Eat inside then." We explained that we made reservations to sit outside because we had two unvaccinated toddlers and a grandparent with a heart condition with us. The manager, ****, was rude from the start and unaccommodating. He provided no apologies for not having our table ready at the time of our reservation and just said to give them another few more minutes (it had been over 20 mins at that point since they had told us they were getting our table ready). What was the point of making a reservation if we were going to wait over 20 mins and be treated poorly from the hostess and manager from the start?Even though we were visibly upset, **** said he didnt need our business anyway and didnt care when we said we were leaving. He proceeded to say he didnt have time for this and refused to resolve the problem. It was completely appropriate for us to to be upset, but he shouldnt have responded like we were inconveniencing him for their lack of having our tables ready. How **** and the hostess spoke to my family shouldnt be a reflection of the service this restaurant has to offer. The general manager, *********************, needs to address the rude behavior, attitude, and passive aggressive demeanor of his staff. I emailed **** and am waiting for a response because his entire staff made my family feel uncomfortable. We did our part to protect ourselves as best as we could by making a reservation to dine outside, but his staff didn't care about customer health accommodations regarding covid.

      Rude male manager working on Saturday 07/03/21. Instead of apologize for waitress spilled drink on my friend dress, by the way we did not ask for anything, we ate payed and left. ******* came on parking lot and told us that we can not transpass and need to leave because we harass his employee and if we will not leave he will call police.
