  Jaguar came to my house and installed a new ********** all electric heat pump system taken away my gas furnace and the system has saved me over 60% of my electric bill and also taken away my gas bill raised my electric bill in the winter time by 7 1/2% I cannot be happier with the outcome the install was smooth one day everything is perfect on this unit Im very happy with it and they have changed mylife comfort wise and efficiency on my electric bill and gas bill especially Too the outcome ended up better than the owner ******* told me about.I recommend this company 100% and thank you Jaguar Heating And Air so much

  This is a review on Jaguar Heating and ********* (Jaguar) located in **************.Background: On April 1, 2022, I purchased from and had installed by Jaguar a new furnace that is housed in a room above my home office. On June 2, 2020, I purchased from and had installed by Jaguar a new air conditioner system with two zones.Current Day: On July 2, 2023, while running the air conditioner, I discovered water damage on the ceiling and down the wall of my home office. The only room above my home office is the one that contains the furnace that Jaguar installed; a furnace that shares a water drain line with the air conditioner system.On July 2, 2023, I called Jaguar and left a voicemail message regarding water leaking from the furnace location into my home office. I asked Jaguar to please call me back. I waited and waited - they never called back.On, July 5, 2023, I called Jaguar again and spoke with ******* who said the earliest they can have a tech come out is July 11, 2023 (9 days AFTER I discovered the water damage; my homeowners insurance will not cover the damage).I asked if I could please get an earlier appointment due to the water damage, foul smell of wet sheet rock (my eyes and lungs were burning, even with the windows opened), a furnace that is sitting in a pool of water next to electrical wires, and the start of mildew and mold which made my burning eyes and lungs worse). To no avail, ******* said they were booked and could not send a tech over until July 11, 2023.I asked ******* if I could please speak with a manager or the owner. Right now, I am still waiting to hear back from Jaguar. The longer Jaguar stalls, the worsening of the mold and mildew, risk of fire, and damage to my health.While I wait, I contacted a home renovation company for an estimate to repair the water damage. Their technician is coming out the afternoon of July 5, 2023. Now thats great customer service!
