I have been a member for over 10 yrs and I have about 15 credit at a minimum charge of $39.99 on my account . Prior to December 1st 2024, credits do not expire. I believe if there is a policy change, my credit should have be refunded to me. You apply a policy to credit earned before the new policy. This is not right. Funds were taking from my account for those credit you called expired. I believe they should be held accountable and refund my credit back . This is stealing from your customers.

Local warehouse wholesaler JustBid.com lists items as new that are open box, broken parts, missing parts, not working. They list items as Like New that are broken, disgustingly dirty (covered in dog hair). They list open box "preowned" items that are torn up trash. I understand that mistakes could happen. Unfortunately this company stands behind it's no return policy even when they sell broken, dirty and misrepresented items. They are very deceptive in their marketing. I got a "new" air purifier that didn't have instructions or a power cord. I got a "like new" fan that was so covered in dog hair it was disgusting. The company sent me a message saying they dont have to refund me on those, but just this once they will give me store credit. I got a "like new" mower that the handle attachment to the base is broken. I got a horse ball and ball cover listed as pre-owned (open box) and the ball doesn't have a value and the cover is torn to shreds. They show pictures on line of the times, but they don't show the broken parts most of the time. Sometimes they will list it as "like new, doesn't work", "like new, missing parts". The customer service will refuse to refund your money because it's the customers fault for not going into the warehouse to double check anything they may consider bidding on. What happen to a company wanting to have great service, trusted products and care about their customers. The reviews of late are a lot like mine. This company has 3 CA locations and 1 in **. The *********** location is where I was purchasing. People need to be made aware that the quality of a majority of their products are questionable. Buying "new" is not a guarantee that it's new and like new is more like used and found in a garage sale. Preowned is most likely trash. They are very deceptive in their listings and marketing.

Justbid.com is an auction house that sets items up for bid that have been possessed or returned to ******. This often results in shady advertising to lure buyers to their items and refuse refunds when evidence is brought to them. Recently, I purchased a Magic: The Gathering Collector Booster Box from justbid.com. When I inspected the booster box, I found that all of the collector booster packs were opened and stuffed with cards outside of the set of the collector box. This wasn't all too surprising, and I expected some of the packs to be opened based on the tags for the image ("Incomplete" and "opened packs").The issue is that the photos depict the majority of booster packs as unopened, with only two packs opened. After purchasing the item, it seems that they purposefully advertised the majority packs as unopened, with the description tags being made intentionally vague so that interest would be generated in bidding on the item When I confronted the representative at their ********* location, he refused a refund and directed me to their support line. When I attempt to reach their office, I am met with silence. This isn't the first time this has happened. I found this to be the most egregious example of some shady business practices from justbid.com

On June 19, 2025, I am filing this complaint regarding a counterfeit product I purchased from JustBid.com. I ordered what was advertised as an Apple Pencil, but upon receiving and inspecting it, I discovered that the product was not genuine. It lacked a serial number, would not magnetically attach to my iPad, and failed to pair or function properlyclear signs it was counterfeit. After returning the product, I was told I would only receive store credit, not a refund to my original payment method. I find this unacceptable. Selling a counterfeit product is illegal and unethical, and forcing customers to accept store credit rather than a proper refund only adds to the issue. I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment.

I ordered 24 items listed as new. Nearly all of them arrived used, dirty, broken, missing parts or all of the above. This company is blatantly misrepresenting the condition of their products and ignoring customer concerns.Their site has definitions for the carries of the product listing, new, like new, etc. and what they are selling is obviously a misrepresentation of whats being purchased. Just a few examples:-A dog ball launcher arrived assembled, smelled awful, was covered in dog hair, had a chewed-up ball already loaded, and doesnt even work at all. When you plug it in, it sounds, but just runs continuously without shutting off regardless of if a ball is in it or not. -A soap dispenser had old soap inside, dirty outside with obvious signs of wear, loaded with dead batteries, was missing the mounting hardware, and doesnt function at all.-An air purifier that was already assembled and doesnt work.-Portable fire bowl thats scratched, *****, doesnt work at all, regulator leaks gas and its obviously been on fire -A paper shredder that came full of paper shreds, scratched and smudged, and looked like it had coffee stains.-A MacBook Air wiped down, completely dead, and included a tangled charger not remotely new.-A dog bed taped together, torn the waterproof cover up getting all the tape off, and reeking of pet odor.-A small harness that was actually a large and soaked in ********-A stained rug.-A set of 8 cord organizers and only got one.-Solar lights that were all scratched, and only half of them even work.I emailed customer service with a detailed list, requested an refund, and offered to return the items. No response at all. Not even an acknowledgment. This is false advertising and a clear violation of consumer protection laws. Theyre passing off other peoples returns and trash as new items. Its deceptive, unethical, and a complete waste of money.Uploaded some photos as examples. I have additional photos and videos
