    I purchased 2014 Audi A6 from this dealership 2/23/23 with ******* down. I told them I was a single mother already having safety issues with my older vehicle I had. They ensure me that I would be okay and to come down to the business. I hoped on ****** and went to Sac. I arrived at 10 no one was there I had to wait for 15 min for someone to arrive. So I test drove the car there was no issues at all!. I asked the older gentleman if there was oil in the car and he told me yes. I drove the car back to ******. Within 2-3 days after when I would drive a warning would pop up on dashboard saying turn engine off check oil like there wasnt any oil in the car. So on 2-28-23 just 5 days later the car doesnt cut on while me and my son are stuck in a line. Car starts shaking and it takes 20 minutes to start up. I called the owners son first and he wouldnt answer. I called the dealership and told them the issue and the check English light came on with a EPC light. They said get a diagnostic and they would pay. I get the diagnostic from o Rileys and it said air intake system leak. I called my ****************** company and they said I needed full diagnostic but the dealership is responsible for 30 days since my warranty isnt effective until 15 days/1000 miles after purchase date (23rd). So I took it to the mechanic shop they told me I Had 7 codes on the car but the dealership told me the car was in perfect condition no issues, mechanic also said he could tell the people reset the computer so no issues would pop up. Notified the dealership;one person said I could bring the car back to be looked at but I would have to pay for repairs myself.! 2 days after the car stopped again. I told them I wanted my money back; one worker said I couldnt get anything back then the boss hopped on the phone and said they would charge a 500$ restocking fee which I feel I shouldnt have to pay because this is something they messed up on and Im not the only one that went through this as well.

    Purchased a Truck here around thanksgiving 2020, check engine light came on the VERY next day. after repairing it for a few hundred, they sent me a check and reimbursed me for 200$ of it. then in dec, truck stopped turning on. took it in to get repaired. and that ran me another 600$ and they quoted me for a **** repair. that i need to get done to get the truck in a decent running order. i bought the truck for 16k and im getting ready to pour a good percentage of that in to repairs already. i was told they would reimburse me then they cut the reimbursement by half to 200$ additionally, i had more repairs come up last month, two days before christmas. that was separate from what i had paid from the check engine light that came on the next day after purchasing the truck. ive taken the truck to a mechanic 4 times since buying it late november 2020
