  Absolutely terrible, very likely criminal / fraudulent services. **** this review, one of these days future ********************** will be in the news or a massive lawsuit. Future **** is a business that preys on the elderly, the uninformed, the poor. They will bait and switch, cross and up-sell you. You will be signed up for financial products you don't need, for them to make commission on basic repairs.They will keep your vehicle for months, even new and under warranty. They have a team dedicated to low income getting paycheck advances and high interest loans on mafia terms. They repeatedly fix, and break - or say they've fixed issues - with no work even performed.And half the time, can't even be bothered to provide this sham of a service with a smile. Buyer beware, run as far and fast from Future ****, their management and employees as possible.

  I will start off by saying this is my 3rd time purchasing from this dealer and I have never experienced such bad service. I bought a truck on 11/24/23 and was made all kinds of promises by the sales associate ******.1. For a gas card since the car was given to us with barely any gas. Never received that.2. He said he would get us a key for the camper shell that was missing. Why would we buy a car with a missing key??!Its now been 2 weeks later and not only did ****** not hold up his end of the deal, the service manager ******** on multiple occasions did not call me back to resolve the issue. He informed me that I can call him since he has 8 sales associates to look after. Like that is my problem??? He Also did not resolve the issue with his sales associate ****** making false promises to clients just to get a sale. ******** informed me that no key would be given because they had no profit from the sale left to pay for it. Such grimey people! Will never be back here, not that they care. And certainly don't recommend anyone shop for a car here. They will tell you what ever it takes to get the sale. When asking to speak with someone higher up they will transfer you to a random voicemail. Its not unreasonable to ask for them to simply hold up their end of the deal. Once you sign, your chopped liver. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

  the most fraudulent business ever dealt with. where should i start. we requested golden one credit union - they hooked us into ****** federal credit union at a point more than golden one. when i found this out i contacted and spoke to the finance mgr. he said he would speak to his boss and get back to me. he never did. i should add we spent a good five hours at the dealership doing our best with our autistic son - he had to see what was going on, instead what he said was to be ours at no extra charge turned out to be a lie. you will not pay one dime more for this - a flat out lie taken advantage of? you bet and i don't think the ************** one bit

  This dealership has the most unprofessional service department I have seen and I worked for dealers for a lot of years. I took my vehicle in for a Transmission issue for the 3rd time and they kept it for 2 months. Then when I got it back and drive home my battery was dead. I had to report them to the ****** of ********** Repairs to even get that far. I know the part was on back order but none of my calls were returnedthink twice about taking your car here unless you have a. Extra car..
