      "Ms REMOVEDwas playing on her IPad and allowed the father to be noncompliant with the court order and then refused to address the fact the father only scheduled 1/12 visits the one prior to the court date then refused to address the failure to comply with the court order and in the report blamed me for him not scheduling calling it as I did not show - but he needed to schedule in order for me to no show!" ...
