            The owner is a creepy balding fat guy, who thoroughly enjoys looking at penis's. He should be investigated, because many operators for RT transit feel violated by him.

            Due to the nature of our business, there are many times when required by federal regulations, client protocols, or court testing whereby we must observe the same *** provide a urine specimen from his or her body into a cup.  Of course, the donor may always refuse to do so and we then document the case.   As the "fat bald" guy, you can trust me that I do not take pleasure in this requirement.  In fact, once the federal regulations allow for oral fluid testing, we will be switching entirely over to that method.  In the case of Sac RT, we will try to change the contractual obligation.
