On April 5, 2021 the California Contractor's State License Board (CSLB) filed an Accusation against Diaz Construction, Inc., and its principals Napoleon Wengeslao Diaz and Walter Diaz Martinez. According to the Accusation, Diaz Construction, Inc. allegedly committed violations, including: abandonment; willfully departing in a material respect from good and workmanlike construction; willful disregard for project plans and specifications; failure to correct a material defect resulting in increased financial; failure to comply with provisions of law regarding home improvement contracts.
