I just purchased a home 2 weeks ago. The garage stopped working and I was not able to raise the garage up and down. I called advanced garage door service because they had a sticker on the garage that they serviced this garage before so i called to see if they can come fix my garage. The guy came out and looked around he pushed the button a few times and synched another garage door remote and said ok the garage is done. I paid him 235$ which is really expensive to do the service he took less than 10 min to do. I go to leave my house about 2 hours later and my garage does not open at all. I called the company back several times and got no reply back at all. I finally get a hold of someone and they say ok Ill send someone out to take a look the guy comes back to my house and says oh well it will be another 150$ because you need a new box I said why wasnt i made aware of that the first time you came to my house i paid 235$ for your business to fix my garage and it is not even fixed I cant open or close my garage AT ALL. The guy leaves he does not fix anything or even touch the garage I have called 5 times to speak to a manger to resolve my garage that is still no able to be open it has been a week now that I cant open my garage and Im out of 235$ paid to a business who didnt resolve my issue that I called them for. The customer ********************** is absolutely horrible and each time I call they said someone will call me back and never does.
