Refund Policy for sEVENTi

At sEVENTi, we are committed to providing you with exceptional event planning services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to ensure that our refund policy is clear, fair, and transparent.

1. Deposit and Booking Fee

  • Non-refundable deposit: A deposit of 20% is required to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers initial planning time and holds your booking.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of your event services is due 2 days prior to the event. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the event and retain the deposit.
