  Absolutely do not use this company. I was misdirected and misled into paying an extremely high price for a floor plan I did not want, or need, when I called about getting a site plan completed for my company. A true professional would help guide a customer into the right product and not take work they know a customer doesn't need, instead, the owner of the company accepted payment for a floor plan, that he himself admitted over the phone when I asked for a refund, was not going to be what the building department wanted. He also up-charged us 25% for adding the shelving and desk to the plan, a few extra lines, then scoffed when I asked about the rest of the furniture, saying it didn't need to be there, despite both me asking about it and informing him that the building department asked for it. He clearly took advantage of our inexperience, and then responded with a "too bad, so sad" attitude. No refund, I asked for one, and no assistance with making things right, meaning I have to start from scratch. As new business owners, we are now left with a $2000 piece of trash. The first sign of danger should've been the contract was wrought with with errors, including getting our company name incorrect. Based on their online reviews they have a long history of poor customer service and reports of scamming people. It was bad enough for me to file a fraud report with the district attorney of my county. They should not be using the BBB logo on their website given their extensive history of bad service and unethical business practices.

  Hello, good afternoon, we are sorry you are not having the experience you wanted but no one mislead you. Over the phone in our first phone call you said you needed only a floor plan and we asked if you were sure if that was all you needed because we offer full plan set services. you said only the floor plan. we again asked if you were sure that was all because in our experience the building department typically requests full plan sets for remodel projects. Again you said only the floor plan was needed. We then quoted you for the $2000 to only draft a floor plan for the **** sqft suite you were remodeling from your current established cafe to your next door suit tea shop. We delivered to you the complete floor plan next day. We did not upcharge you anything. You were charged the contract price, We drove back to your suite and showed you a paper copy of the floor plan which you were very content with. Now the convenient thing is after we finished our work and emailed you the floor plan you emailed back with list from the building department asking for much more than just a floor plan service which as i stated before is something we did indeed talk about in our initial phone call. Which you at that point wanted the rest of the services for free included in the $2000 you already paid. We can not work for free as we are also a business just like you, Then you got upset with us, making unfair reviews as well as lying to your bank to recover money we already earned in completed work and what i suspect is you have either a boss or a partner for you tea shop and instead of accepting that you full well knew what we talked about you are trying to paint us as the bad guys. especially since you contacted your bank and lied to them by telling them that your payments to us were double charged and unauthorized transactions. when in fact we split the contract price in 2 payments of $**** as per your request

  I had my shop relocated to a new location and had to get some work done to update the new location so I had to find a drafter lucky me I found pacific drafting they made the whole process from making the plans to obtaining the permit from the building department was done by the team I did not have to do anything, awesome! they really helped I had contacted the building department but the whole process seemed complicated too me so I hired them to take care of it.
