    Fraudulent billing for services. I had an installment payment plan for Invisalign with monthly payments of $176.33. I made payments in this amount on 11/2/21, 1/4/22, 2/1/22, 3/1/22, 4/1/22, 5/3/22 which left a balance of $1,058.02. On 5/24 I was charged (and paid) $500 for retainers. A week later when I called to make another installment payment, the receptionist told me that insurance paid more than expected and my cost was $164.50 and therefore the remainder of my $500 payment ($335.50) was applied to the installment payment balance which brought my balance to $722.52. I made three additional payments of $176.33 on 6/1, 7/1, 8/2 bringing my balance to $193.53. However, when I called to make a payment on 9/2 I was told the balance was $380.53 and I paid that balance off not realizing that I was overcharged. The next day, 9/3/22, I reviewed my dental insurance explanation of benefits and saw that the dental office submitted a fee of $725, the accepted fee was $329 and the insurance paid $164.50 (which tracked with what the receptionist told me on 6/1), but no charges with my responsibility of $187. I emailed the dental practice on 9/3/22 pointing out the overpayment of $187 and requested a statement which showed all the charges and payments on my account. Response on 9/6 - "I will be reviewing your account and getting back to you." I emailed again for status on 9/16 and received no response. I emailed again on 9/28 and received a response from the office administrator "I have not. I will review it today." Still didn't hear back so I called the office on 10/6 and the office administrator assured me she would be reviewing the charges "because it was weird with the insurance" and getting back to me. She did not. I emailed again on 11/18, no response. I called on 12/7 and was told she was not available but would call me back. She did not. It's been 3 months and I have not received any resolution nor even the statement which I requested to reconcile the charges. Nothing
