    Intoxalock is continuing to get money from me even though I have removed the unit and paid my bill in full.Furthermore, Intoxalock had a representative ask for $500.00 to let me "buy" the unit to avoid additional charges. I paid the $500.00 only to find out that that is not an option.I am still out the $500.00, even though I ,as instructed by Intoxalock, sent back the unit to the main headquarters. We have proof that it was received, however no one can find it.We have called multiple times trying to resolve the issue, and no one at Intoxalock can find the unit we sent in.We have proof of sending in the unit, and proof of receipt It has been months, and we haven't received any follow up calls or emails, and no one has refunded me the $500.00 I paid some random representative. Our next course of action will be to take legal action.Intoxalock continues to call and harass me about "owing" money even though I paid my balance in full.They are the worst run company I have ever dealt with. This is my second review and I still do not have a resolution.Please refund the $500.00 one of your ***** representatives took from me dishonestly,
