    08/24/2024, I order headers from Overkill and paid $1030.00 09/10/2024, I received a call from Overkill to bring car down as headers were in. I dropped my car off at Overkill Performance to have headers install and was advised it would take two days,09/13/2024, I went to check on my car at Overkill Performance and was told they are short handed and the car was not done. At that time, I paid $772.50 and $298.70.09/24/2024, I got a call stating my car was complete. I picked it up and got in the car put it in reverse and there a load noise. The worker at Overkills Performance stated do worry everything was just settling. I drop the car less then 2 blocks as the car would not shift out of first gear and took the car back to the shop, so they could fix it. I have made several calls and have spoken to ***** and get the run around. 10/09/2024, I spoke directly to owner **** who said he was not aware of the problem and would look into it and get back to me and get back to me by 10/11/2024. 10/13/2024, sent text to **** for an update, no response 10/15/2024, I spoke to ***** who stated that he spoke to **** and **** Performance was here and that they needed to come back to do a **** reset/relearn. ***** was to call **** Performance and secure and date and time for testing and was to call me back. No call back. 10/16/2024, called Overkill Performance, no answer, so sent text to **** for update, no response.

    On 5/21/2024 I stopped by to overkill performance to do a maintenance/ performance package that they offer. I drove my car from ****** straight to his shop and we spoke about the services he offers, we agreed on a package that was ******. He told me car would be ready in about a month so after a month I tried to reach out many times but no response. Their communication during the whole process was very unprofessional. I called the office several times, left txt messages and never got a reply that I had to go in person twice to find out what was going on. I go pick up my truck on 7/31/2024 and to my surprise my motor is blown, a whole bunch of smoke coming out my tail pipes. I tried to solve a the problem with him because I did not bring my car like this and was unsuccessful. I then just wanted my car back but he still wants me to pay an amount of $7,000 for a service that he didnt even provide.

    My name is ********************* Owner of 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, which was taken to Overkill Performance in ********** **. When it was dropped off I spoke to Both the owner **** and the Manager *****! We agreed on a certain build for the jeep which they took 9 months at first to do! Once I got the vehicle back it ran only for 1 month and I had to take it back for warranty. The vehicle was taken back because the "new motor" Overkill Performance put in was hurt, as in damaged. Now they have had my Jeep since August 1st 2023. It has been over 2 months and I have been trying to get a hold of someone for updates on my jeep, but no-one answers my texts nor calls! I am writing this Complaint due to me being worried of my Jeep and how unprofessional this shop has been.
