The folks running this business were some of the least professional people I have ever experienced. I came for the Silver Detailing package, which is advertised online for $225. She told me that just getting the interior of my car cleaned would be $275. I asked her why and she said there was a higher price for SUVs--first of all, that should be advertised on their website, and second of all, that higher price for SUVs should include all of the services in the standard package. I pointed this out to her because I thought it was fair to get a lower price if I was only receiving some of the services listed in the detailing package. She legitimately laughed at me when I said their prices should be more clear on their website, then said the "hand wash and dry, one-step polishing, and wax application" advertised in the silver detailing package all happened on the interior of the car. I was understandably confused, so she had me talk to the detailer, and when I showed him the package I wanted he said "oh, yeah, this includes an exterior wash" and began to wash my car. She had already walked away at that point and did not say anything or apologize for the confusion when they stopped what they were doing and began washing my car. Thank goodness I asked how much this was going to cost before leaving or I would have ended up paying $50 more than I expected for about half as many services as I came for. I left to wait for my car at home (after telling her to write down my phone number so she could call me when it was done--she did not think to do this on her own either). 2 hours later I called to ask if my car was ready and she said it wouldn't be ready for at least an hour. I set my phone down, went for a walk, and come back fifteen minutes later to not one, not two, not three, but FOUR missed calls from her telling me my car is ready and asking me to come get it. I feel sorry for my upstairs neighbor who had to listen to it ring incessantly while I was out. I am only giving this place two stars because the men who actually do the detailing are extremely thorough, polite, and hard working. After all of that, my car was clean, and I'm grateful for that.
