            BOUGHT A FRONT BUMPER FOR A **** C5 CORVETTE THAT WAS MOLDED INCORRECTLY AND DAMAGED. PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED TO A BUSINESS FOR INSTALL. PRODUCT WASNT INSPECTED ON DELIVERY BUT WAS 2 DAYS LATER FOR INSTALL. FOUND BUMPER TO BE SO BEYOND MESSED UP AND ITS NOT A CRACKED SMALL DAMAGE ISZSUE WHICH I HAVE EXPLAINED MANY TIMES WITH THIS COMPANY ITS A MOLDING PROBLEM ITS GOT CROOCKED VENTS MISSING TAB AREAS HEADLIGHT RUNNING LIGHT AREA NEEDS COMPLETELY CUT OUT. FOR A 700 DOLLAR BUMPER ITS COMPLETE TRASH. DRIVEN WILL NOT ASSIST IN A REFUND THEY KEEP PASSING THE ****** I OFFERED TO MAIL IT BACK PAY 15% RESTOCK FEE AND THEY SAY THEY CANT DO THAT PERIOD I TRIED A PEACEFUL ROUTE . AS IM SEEING THEY HAVE A PATTERN AND THIS NOT SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP GOING ON.. IM SEEKING A REFUND IF THIS CANT HAPPEN I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION

            Thanks for the amazing customer service. I ordered a hood that arrived damaged. Due to the delay and inconvenience my order was refunded and I was sent a replacement hood. The hood being damaged wasnt something that driven by style was responsible for, but the owner still went above and beyond to make sure the situation was made right. I will be ordering parts again from DBS in the future. I know how much of a headache unhappy customers can be, and Im sure I was no exception when dealing with DBS. Thanks DBS for the patience and follow through.
