    I stayed at the resort on 03/30 and paid via Expedia. I decided to stay another night and advised the front desk. The night front desk said yea ok . I have your cc info I have you covered for another night. Come March 31st Sunday. Something tells me you better check. So I call was told no we have you checking out today and if you want to stay you need to book via Expedia. So I did. Monday April 1 went to check out I get a receipt for charges which I thought was the hold for 2 nights so I didnt question it. Now its been 4 days and I been charged for 2 nights. Been calling with no return called to get this adjustment. This is fraud and bad business. Not only because you cant even return a call and straight this out. And because the staff also cant get it together and know how to charge someone the right amount!! I am requesting my refund in full
