              I hired Murrieta Moving Inc to move me from California to Oregon. I called three weeks in advance of our house closing. I was told a delivery date of July 16th or 17th would be possible so I booked the company for my move. The quote I received was over $11,000 include special packaging for our oversized tv. The movers came to pack our stuff July 13th and had none of the special material. We left for Oregon, and tried to reach the company. We finally were called and told our stuff wouldn't be there until the 18th or beyond because they hadn't left CA. I had to book two hotels back to back because of delays with our delivery. I had to buy new clothing to wear to work my first week of my new job. Delivery finally happened the 21st with only the driver and his gf unloading our stuff. Some items had damage. The driver backed into our tree out front and I had to pay $450 to have it removed. Some of our stuff is missing and the driver never contacted me as to whether it was found or not.

              Local Big Bear Movers are not easy to find, as most companies did not want to even try to help move us out of state to *******. We got a flat rate guaranteed price and the move went smooth as possible.

              Thank you for taking the time to share your experience moving with Big Bear Movers. We take pride in providing service to our customers so they feel like they are part of the family. Big Bear is a difficult area to navigate so it is common movers from down the hill do not want to travel up there and often cancel on people last moment, currently, we average 5-7 people a week who get left hanging by movers down the hill. When it comes to moving out of state we provided guaranteed pricing so customers know we are not one of the companies you need to worry about changing the price once we have your belongings on our truck. If your family or friends need any help moving locally or are planning to move out of state you know who you can count on. We wish you and your family the best.
