In January we were made aware of a dry rot siding issue at our property at ******************************************************************. All contract work was identified and approved by our housing association, ******************. We were presented with the Work Agreement dated September 14, 2020, and paid $2,203.44. Our association advised us to contact the contractor regarding " warranty issues". We have called multiple times only to be advised that the Owner is the only person to review warranty issues and he/she has been very busy. We have been waiting a month to be placed on the contractor's schedule to review our concern. My husband and myself are busy as well and have been more than patient with the process. We are reaching out to you for assistance in resolving this matter.Business response

We have spoken with this Client several times and let them know we will make a site visit as time permits in the next 30 days to assess their warranty claim.
