    They are telling me I have a debt from 2003 that they are trying to collect. It is not my debt, but they have my SS number! There are multiple complaints regarding the same thing on your website.

    1st contact today, unfortunately I called them back. Had my maiden name and everything. The account in question hasn't been on my credit in over 8 years or so. They said they got the acct 8 months ago. Said I'd be sued, take my car and pay attorney fees. Believe it was a scam. My credit is good and improving every day. We'll see what happens.

    I received a call from TC Group and Associates who stated they were trying to contact me to serve me with legal papers because i was being sued in civil court. I called the number back three times. First two times I got a voicemail, third time i got a female representative. She said that I was being sued in my county for a total of almost $3000 for a *********** credit card. This is a fraudulent claim. I feel like this is a major scam. I checked the civil docket search with my state and there are no cases on file for my name.

    This company has called me a few times TC and associates. The phone number is ************. They have left a few threatening voice-mail that I owe someone money. When I mistaking answered the call,they used my maiden name from over 23 years ago and had the last 4 of my social. I went on my credit report and nothing is listed as outstanding, I worked hard to pay off everything on my credit report about 2 years ago. I want this company to be stopped before they call a person who does not do research. They told me I would be listed as failure to serve. I have never received anything in the mail or email from this company, only phone calls. The first was *** 18,2023 and the second was *** 23,2023. Please stop this company before they scam an elderly person or someone out of money. This should be listed as a scam

    This company called me to tell me about an alleged debt from ****/****. Initially they claimed the debt was from ****, when I called back, it changed to ****. I told them that was 19 years ago and asked for documentation which they said they mailed out and wouldnt mail me anything else. Theyre clearly outside of their timeframe to even call me. Im being harassed by these scammers. In **** I was 21 years old. Im now 42 these thieves are doing things against the law preying on people who dont know any better.

    They called regarding an elderly member of the family. Same as everyone. Did not prevent any details over the phone. Called from ***************** and had me call ************ with a case number to get more details. Provided me with a gmail address for documents. No self respecting company does that. Scammers.
