VIOLATION OF CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1749.5(b)(2) ON JULY 9, 2025. PRIOR TO PAYING FOR MY FOOD PURCHASE I TOLD THE CASHIER THAT I WANTEDCASH BACK ON MY TEN DOLLAR GIFT CARD IF THE BALANCE WAS LESS THAN TEN DOLLARS. THE TOTAL COST OF MY PURCHASE WAS $8.81 LEAVING A BALANCE OF $1.91 WHICH I WAS REFUSED THE AMOUNT IN CASH BACK. I had applied to the Factoria, ********, ** store, service team. It has been over a month since I was supposed to hear back from the ****** which never occurred. I need to withdraw my job application from Panda Express because I've since accepted another position. I'm finding it impossible to do so through their website or the "Panda Hiring Assistant." The hiring manager already seems overwhelmed and I want to make sure my application is formally withdrawn. I can't find a way to contact someone directly to process my withdrawal. I went into this establishment and ordered chicken teriyaki. The employee asked me if I worked for the hospital and I said no. She refused service. I told her again that i don't work for the hospital, I was coming from an appointment at the hospital and she again refused service. I have never in my life experienced anything like this and the public has a right to know that you can possibly be racially profiled or better yet, an employee (General Manager, she stated that's who she was) can treat people like this and not be held responsible. I called the customer service line to report this because CLEARLY this needs to be addressed. I'm going to complain to a couple other agencies to make sure this location is flagged for deplorable conduct and treatment.Initial Complaint

SHUT DOWN THIS STORE AT ALL COST! I Ordered food through DoorDash and they not only forgot my entree but gave me spoiled food. I thought it was a simple mistake, so I ordered the next day through *******. They gave me an order that was placed the night before! Theyre playing games with their customers and Ive seen other reviews complain about other different things about the store. The store is a public health threat to its civilians and should be inspected! It should either shut down or get a new management! I purchased 3 panda express - 25usd gift cards from ****** ****** store in *********, ************** in 2019 December 8 .I have transaction receipts for 2 of the cards and one of them is missing. I have checked the balance on the cards when I bought it and each of them has 25usd on the cards .Then ************************************************************************************************************** the drawer when I decided to clean my drawer. However when I check the balance again, it tells me the balance is zero and cards has expired . On May 10, 2025, our 9-year-old son was involved in an accidental property damage incident at the Panda Express location at ***************************************. While seated near a planter area and playing with small decorative stones, a stone appears to have accidentally bounced or deflected, hitting the left and bottom weak points of a nearby glass panel, causing it to shatter. The shatter pattern clearly indicates the impact originated from these weak points, supporting the conclusion that it was a pure accident and not an intentional act.Crucially, our observations and the restaurants own video footage confirm that our son did not intentionally throw the stone at the glass. This was an unintentional and indirect event caused by a young child.Despite the accidental nature of the incident, the restaurant management has demanded that we assume full financial responsibility for the damage, which they estimate to be $4,000.00. We find this demand to be unfair and disproportionate given the circumstances. We believe holding us fully liable for an accidental act by a child contradicts Panda Express's stated mission to "create safe spaces where youth can learn, play, and receive the necessary support to become their best selves."We have attempted to communicate with Panda Express regarding this matter and are currently checking our personal liability insurance coverage. 6.27.2025 I paid $5.03 the issue was not that food it was they gave me a paper bag , all the liquid came out that carton container got soaked and ripped making a mess all over my car that i just got out of the body shop i had it cleaned that day , I picked it up at 5 pm . I do have the paper work for carstar ******** collision in ******** ca .I called Seaside California manager ****** ******** and she said she could do anything that is why i am filing a complaint for the first ********* life . On 04/25/25, I purchased a bowl at panda express in ******, **********. As I was eating, a hard metal bristle punctured my cheek. I had a in my cheek and it was bleeding. I immediately reported the issue to the store and completed paperwork for the incident. I was contacted by customer care who offered me a free meal. To me, this was an insult. I asked for a phone call discuss the situation with management, but nobody reached out to me after several attempts. I have considered taking the next step legally, but would prefer to speak to someone who actually cares about resolving the matter. A simple phone call with an apology would have been nice for starters. I am seeking a resolution that doesnt include one free meal.
