Terrible. They destroyed a small roof on my house. Over $2000 to replace! Took over 6 months to do the job. Very unreliable! Made appointments and didnt show a number of times!

Since I got this company to install my solar panels they have not been functional. Close to hitting a year without them working. The issue is with the Microinverter. Now I am stuck with both a light bill and solar panels that are just for show on *******.

We have a horrible experience with Infinity Energy and now we hear they are going out of business. Almost a 2-year battle to get installed what we were sold by their agent, and nothing ever got hooked up and finished. Interest rates are now much higher, so we don't want solar from any company. I have had to file a complaint with the ***** hire an attorney to send demand letters and respond to their threatening letters to put a lien on our home. Overall horrible company and now that they are abandoning their customers with bankruptcy. I don't see filing a complaint with BBB would be of any help. I recommend anyone that sees this soon also get in on the complaint with ***** their prosecutor is working on our case now. If you still think you may want to move forward with them (maybe under new ownership which I highly doubt will be truly new owners) beware! Yelp and **************** have plenty of unhappy and downright angry customer reviews you should read first.

This is a terrible company to have to deal with. My tiny solar project has been an incredible headache since the first day and is still incomplete over a year after signing the contract. Their employee turnover says everything you need to know.AVOID AT ALL COST

I am writing this review to warn other customers about the HORRIBLE experience I had with Infinity. I started my solar project in January 2023, and received my final notification letting me know we are operational on September 22,2023, NINE MONTHS! I cannot even begin to express my frustration with Infinity. To sum it up for you; missed appointments times, lack of communication, three different project managers, holes in my ceiling, the need for two subcontractors, improperly done plans, permitting issues, forgotten necessary parts for the days work, left materials in the back yard for the dog to get to, and SIX installation appointments (told it would be one maybe two) not including the inspection and subcontractors appointments. I am dumbfounded at the lack of integrity and communication of this company. To put it into perspective I have recorded most of my emails, texts, phone calls, and in person interactions with my sales rep, the five installers, three project managers, scheduling, and dispatch to show potential customers what they can look forward to if working with Infinity, sadly I cannot attach it here. I also asked for compensation due to their poor planning and negligence. I have not seen anything as a result; showing me they are not interested in making this HORRIBLE ordeal better for the customer. They are full of apologies but continue to not fix the situation and apologize time and time again.AGAIN, I warn you that this is not a reputable company. I hope I save at least one other family from experiencing the horrible customer service we experienced. I hope they fix their issues, but until they do they need to be sent the message and the best way to do that is by not giving them more business.

Infinity Energy helped me through a two phase upgrade of my home, first with a financing intermediary and the then self-paid for the battery system installation. I was very well informed during both upgrade phases, and their knowledge and professionalism was very good, both in the system designs and the accompanying paperwork. I would definitely recommend them for future work.

Blatant lies from the start. I am paying Sunnova for a generator that has yet to be installed. ******* says that my issues are with infinity energy and not sunnova. Every-time I call they escalate the issue to somebody with no response. They were supposed to fix my fence after they moved my electrical panel outside, without my consent, but they have scratched that option and cant figure out how to have someone get to the bottom of the situation. I am to the point of suing them for breach of contract. Oh and they offered a $500 veteran credit but have I seen that?!? They clearly dont have their ducks in a row and its been 7 months. Salesman lied about having Power during outages and then they offered a generator at cost. Added this to the payment to Sunnova and we dont have a generator. This is a clear breach of contract and the lack of support from their company shows they dont care. They target middle class neighborhoods. Swear that they can save them money but in reality its cheaper to just buy the generator and scrap the panels. We are not happy with their customer service in fixing contractual obligations, and now our next option is getting an attorney. This is ridiculous and I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

A few years ago I was approached by a salesmen from with Infinity energy. They begged me to give them the opportunity to see if they could lower my electric bill. Which at the time was over ****** dollars. He requested my Driver License to check his system for a zero down offer with a tax subsidy. I was approved. He filled out everything, my wife and I signed none of the documents. Now they are sending me threatening letters. What should I do. I do not deserve this.

Hello, *******, I apologize for your experience. After review of your account, I do not see that Infinity is sending you any deficiency letters. I also see you were able to speak with a customer service representative yesterday regarding your systems production and billing. Sunnova is your billing company and Infinity is the contractor. If you have any questions that are unresolved, we do advise you to contact ******* to discuss this.

I truly appreciate the response. Initially, an Infinity Salesman sold me on the idea on going solar, which he made seem very appealing. But then turned out to untrue as it relates to what I would be paying and what I am presently paying for going solar. Which is truly sales fraud. But then after the system was installed ******* took over as it relates to the equipment being installed on my home. It turns out, that the equipment does not produce what was stated it would. As a result, I presently am being pressured and threatened. Both Infinity and Sunnova should take some responsibility in this. Neither company has made any good will attempt to better my dissatisfaction with their equipment or customer service approach. This is not what I agreed to. Many blessings *****************************:Also, after looking over the agreement, my legal signature is no where on the agreement. Also, my wifes signature is no where on the agreement.
