      Had the worst customer service today. Where the waitress used profanity and raised her voice in front of a 3 year old after asked by the mother not to.I called ahead to see if the restaurant would be able to accommodate 10 girls for a ******* Day brunch. The girl on the phone stated they had a 6 person per table rule (thats okay theyre following the rules they need to). But when asked could we move the next table over so theyre still apart but in a sense together she said that would be okay.When I arrived she showed me where the table was, another girl helped me turn (not move) the table. When the waitress walked over and seen that we turned the table she almost lost it. She started raising her voice next to a 3 year old boy who was standing on a chair next to her. She continued to tell us were acting like teenage little girls (were all in our 30s and are **, **, Ultrasound, X-ray tech etc.) The mother of the boy, starts asking her to shhh very calmly. We never raised our voice, surprisingly we were all calm. She walked away and another waitress walked over and seen our sitting situation and said were okay, then a few minutes later a manager comes by and sees how were sitting and he says its okay. When the original waitress comes back you can tell she is not happy, she puts her hands on the table as she is about to start moving it back and states this is not okay to have the table this direction. We then let her know that the other 2 people have already told us it was okay to sit the way we were. She starts to tell us that shes not the bi***, all us are shocked and ask her not to curse in front of the child, then she goes all I said was Im not a bi*** Thats when we asked her to leave and get her manager. I was already shocked about what happened. We ordered food, I never got a water (which ordered), never got a coffee refill and my egg ******** came out white runny (which was brought up to 2 waiters).Our table was about 6 feet from our other friends table, the other guests tables were only about 2 feet apart from each other (which we pointed out). If there are rules, everyone should follow them, not the selected ones. Also this is not the current *** guidelines, it was the restaurants rules, which we believe we followed.By the end of breakfast they had all the tables filled in our small back room, but in the main lobby there were some empty tables.
