      Performed an adult circumcision's on me. I wanted one due to non-medical reasons. I didn't actually need one and I think any good urologist would have advised me against it. The procedure seemed ****** complicated, I was put under in a surgical setting with a whole team. Afterwards the procedure did not come out as expected. The skin was too short on one end, twisted, and I believe this is the cause of my p**** now beginning to bend to one side. Its slightly painful. After posting a review on Yelp and ****** I tried calling to make an appointment and get more details about my surgery. Long story short, they blocked my phone number. I tried calling over a period of weeks and always received the same out of office message. One day, I got my girlfriend to call right after I called and she got through. After a while I just wanted my medical records so I could go elsewhere but because I was not able to get through this delayed any other urologist seeing me. Is blocking me from accessing my medical records illegal? Personally, I feel he did the procedure for money. Even though I asked for it, what do I know. He never explained any possible complications, even though he stated he did on the medical records.
