    My car was towed to this location under possible illegal means. It was towed on Sunday October 13th at 11pm. I picked it up on October 14th at 9am. That is less than 24 hours it was obtained. I was charged for 2 days despite the *** saying if released within 24 hours despite calendar date I should only be charged for one day. Next I requested to see the authorization papers for the *** and the owner insisted he could not show me when *** clearly states this information should be available to car owner.

    HI hello this is the proof of ppi impound vehicle 
    this call was assign to us at 10 pm on the 13 of october 
    vehicle has been parking on private parking lot for some time the owner of parking lot has left letters and notes to stop parking on his property and space for more then 1 month and has had enough of this issue and cald for tow services this vehicle before being loaded we cald pd inforce to upload info of vehicle before we had the ok to loade and take vehicle from property 
    we informed that it was a 2 day charge do to at 12 pm day ends and start a new day owner of vehicle dirent like that and only wanted to pay 1 day we explain to her that's how towyards work like any job 12 pm is the end on the day and beginning of a new day so its a 2 day job
