There isn't much to say about Riverside Towing. They are a towing company that specializes on preying on people. They put boots on at least ten cars today in a parking lot while out of state (rental cars) patrons went to restaurants, apparel shops, convenience stores, etc. It's a complete scam. They deserve zero respect and everyone that works for them are people who bring nothing to society. If you don't want people parking in a parking lot then put up a fence or make it a paid parking lot. The reason they don't is so they can set people up and scam them out of more money.

Hello, Sorry to hear about your problem. We are not Riverside Towing. We have been in business since 1980 under this name.

My vehicle was towed from my assigned parking spot at my apartment complex. When I called Brothers Towing to figure out how to get my car back, they told me they werent sure if I would be able to and so and so needs to check with so and so because they wouldnt have picked it up without authorization. I then went by my complex office so they could speak to Brothers Towing. Management told the *** company that I am contracted and on file for that spot, so bring my car back. They wouldnt, nor were they even in agreement on releasing it. After a couple hours and several calls between the tow company, the apartment complex and I, they finally agreed I can pick up my car. Upon arriving to pick it up, they wouldnt not allow my husband to come into the locked fence and private trailer office with me, forcing me (a young, small woman) to be locked in a secluded tow yard by myself with only their worker. I showed them my contract to be parked where they towed my car from, they didnt care and still charged me $330 to release my car even though it was lawfully parked.

The person who had your vehicle towed had legal ownership of the space. Everything was done, by the law, and the vehicle was towed. The office did call for you. After they received the paperwork, we had, that is when you were charged. You were given a discount, but yes still charged.
