    The control board for my hot tub failed and I sent it to A1 spa for repair. I first contacted A1 through email and was quoted $249 to $269 for repair with a 2 to 3 day turn around. I registered on their site and sent an $85 initial fee to start the process. I paid an additional fee of $206 on 12-21-21. I received the "repaired" board and installed on 12-24-21. It did not go through the normal start up and would not start the low speed pump which circulated through the heater. I phoned A1 and the technician had me check a few things out. He had me move the jumper from the high speed relay to the low speed relay and the pump then cam on which allowed the tub to heat. The flow switch that is on the heater (I also purchased from A1) did not show flow intermittently and the tub would not heat. I adjusted the flow switch and checked with my meter to verify it was reading flow. The issue with the flow switch is in the control board as it checked out good with a meter however the board does not get the signal. I ohmed the wiring out. I have a degree in electronic engineering so I am well versed in electronics. The board is not fixed and the tech even admitted they had no way to verify the board at their shop as they did not have the correct controller to check it out. I limped through winter and have emailed A1 to either get a new board or my money back and have got no response for weeks. I want a full refund or a brand new board.
