            Went to buy the normal 20 lb bag of Merrick Backcountry dog food which was stickered at 65.99, it rang up at 69.99 and they would not honor the sticker price. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me that the sticker was wrong and I had to pay the additional $4. The $4 was not the issue, the false pricing is. I've gone out of my way to support my local business instead of ordering the same food delivered to my house. I will no longer be using Elliott's because I am not supporting these deceptive practices. Very disappointed at the bait and switch tactics being used here. I've been buying all of my pet food and supplies from Elliott's for many many years but will no longer.

            Good Morning *****, Thank you for making me aware of the situation that one of the bags was priced incorrectly. I personally checked all of inventory and that appears to be the only bag out of 21 bags that was priced in error therefore was in our POS at the correct price of $69.99. I want to personally apologize for the $4.00 mistake that was sticked incorrectly. I strive as the business owner to keep my prices very competitive to give you the customer better pricing than any online or chain stores. I would like to offer you a $25.00 gift card for the $4 error if you choose to accept it. I appreciate the business you have given me over the years and please contact me directly if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks you.
