July 24, 2019 we had two patio covers installed to our home. This was installed by AAA *********************************** number ******. The owner *********************** retired and his business was sold to Pronto Patios ***********************************************************, license When the project was completed, a few months went by and I small leak was noticed. This was still 2019. *** came over and repaired the issue. He did have to return a couple of times after . This issue of leaking still continued. that when we found out that Pronto Patio was the new owner.We began to reach out to Pronto Patio for repair, via phone calls and they attempted to tell us the warranty had expired. The product has a lifetime warranty. and the labor has a 5 year warranty. Then it was agreed because of documentation that they would come and fix the problem. An employee did come out to repair, but still has leakage.Beginning July we started to document by text and email to get this issue resolved. In the meantime a second leak has started.August 10, 2023 Provided documentation of warranty Stated that screws were rusting They asked when it started and we told them 2019 after completion. **** said she would look into it and call back.There have been numerous phone call to the secretary ************************* over the months. We began documenting be email and text messages that can be provided when needed. **** has not helped to rectify this on going issue. ************************* says that she will get with us for repair. Not reaching out to us to put this behind. WE are the ones reaching out. My last text message on February 2, 2023 to ************************* asked for when we can set up a meeting at my home to inspect the area and come up with a resolution. Also, the business address owner and license number. no reply. On Saturday, February 3 and texted her to confirm she received the text, and no reply. Today, I called and **** answered and said she did get message, but they don't work when it rains.
