I purchased a scooter from the company 11/22. Received the scooter around 12/12. No problem until a month later it suddenly stops when driving. I get help from a person who fixes on scooters and he tells me he needs certain parts. I check to see if Im under warranty and I am. I reach out about parts 1/22 they reply with a generic response and say they will get back a week passes by I reach out again they say they will get back to me again. At this point I just want a full refund and they can come get the bike. Its not even a month old by the time is breaks down. And I have been waiting for not 1 solid month for a response. I reach out to the loan company I went through to get the money back. They denied me saying its been past the 99 days since purchase. I reached out the company well within time. But they strung me a long so that I couldnt get help. I am still waiting on parts and a response from the loan company as to if I can get a refund or not.Initial Complaint

12 December 2023- Purchased motorcycle (order# *********) from the companies website and included below the confirmation receipt that was provided. Was shipped to me and received the motorcycle 16 December 2023 fully assembled. When I turned on the motorcycle and attempted to put in first gear I could hear grinding sounds and each time you engaged clutch to switch gears you could hear grinding. Also, rear tire starts to shake really bad once in high third and fourth gear to the point you cant safely ride it and have to get off the motorcycle. The following Monday (18 Dec) I called the companies customer service number *************) and was told all technician's were busy helping other customers and one would call me back shortly. No one reached out to me so the following day I called again and was told sorry for any inconvenience and once technician is available they will call me. Again, no one ever called me back so i filled out a warranty request form (confirmation received included) on 20 Dec ************************************************************** back regarding my warranty request. After a couple of days I submitted a review and it has never shown up on their site. My husband also submitted a review which also never showed up on their site. I submitted another warranty request form on 07 Jan 24 and still have not heard any response from this company. My possible options for resolution are a full refund since it hasn't worked/ran since I received the bike or replace within your inventory a different style sports bike that maintains same tire size and higher power engine.Initial Complaint

I send an email on Jan 2023 to order the leaning cable with the electrical part. It took months to receive partial order. Since October I have been calling and I get transferred to another line where nobody answers. I ask for ***** and they tell me he is busy. ordered the moped/scooter on May 23,2023 received June 2023. The scooter did not run well. The scooter bogged down and front shook a lot you couldn't hang on to the handle bars. I contacted Motorpower and they had me film the tire and they came back and said there was nothing wrong. disagreed with them and they would not help and stopped responding. Because it was made in ***** it took me 3 months to find someone certified to review. The mechanic was about a 100 miles away. The result was troublesome. The hoses were used and cracked, the tire was defective. The carburetor as used and trashed. The spark plug was not good / used. It cost me $436.00 plus gas and towing to the shop to get it fixed and up and running. I sent a email twice to the business and no response. Made an order from red fox power spor s .paid off order in full .company refuse to send my order clamming that my last payment can,t be found over the last month going on the second month .refuse to send my money back or my order .keep giving me the run a round or losing to me to postponed my order .,it paid off so why should I have to go thew this bull .would you take a **** for me .cal me or email me with some kind of news please ..were talking about $1000. The first week I had the scooter, the belt breaks and messes up the variator fan. No biggie I fixed it. Next thing that happend, I was leaving work and the exhaust fell off the motor. Next thing that happend, the spark plug boot came apart from the motor whitch caused my bike to mess up even more. Also the exhaust bolts mounted in the back broke of and one fell out. The whole time im driving this scooter bolts are falling out and breaking. The seat screws came out of the seat, the gas line under the seat cracked and caused me to break down. While I was calling for help I had the handle grip in my hand and it slipped off and the bike fell over and broke the right brake handle. But the last thing was the worse. I was riding it and the transmission flew of the scooter knocking the guard off causing it to sling under my back tire, it ran me threw the other lane almost hitting a car. The whole time I had the scooter it was falling apart. Back tire blew when that happend. So I have a 3 month warranty and they will not help me. I have filled out several warranty requests, iv sent them emails and picture's. They still have not help me at all. You can't even talk with someone. I filed a complaint. They put the scooter together. I bought it at the beginning of summer so I could save some money, well I didn't save any at all. I lost my job over this issue. Transportation. Paid for my item on sept 22 ,now oct3 .last phone call made to the company ,female operated had an a very serious problem talking nice to people ,second payment fory item has been paid in fuul still no item and there,s been no word from the company ,also each time I call ,the operated crazy.I won't my item or my money back plus I,am threw with this company ....
