      I had placed an order for their ErgoChair Pro. I got a message saying my order was on hold due to potential fraud. In order to lift the hold I would have to send them a photograph of my drivers license, full language used below." The payment gateway has detected unusual activity or is unable to properly check the billing address of your bank account. To verify & proceed with your order, please kindly upload a picture of your ID via this link >>"I have been shopping online for ages and NEVER has a company selling regular house hold products, asked for a photo of my drivers license. This sounds like fraud. I cancelled my order instead of providing a copy of my ID to be safe and ordered a different chair from another company.While I cannot confirm or know that this company is out of line, I find it ridiculous that they ask for this when there are other ways to confirm this information. There are far less intrusive ways of confirming what they wanted. I welcome this company to explain this policy on this website to put concerns at ease regarding privacy. *I was not defrauded (to my knowledge), I did not provide my ID and I do not know this companies intentions. I am writing this as I cannot find a way to contact the company directly to express my concern.

Please note that the request for verification is merely to keep our customers safe and the orders protected from fraudulent activity, only when the payment gateway security system flags payment information. I checked all systems and do not see that there was any response or questions to our support team regarding this process. Please rest assured, our team only needs to verify a name and address match to the payment method. All other sensitive information should be redacted. If you are not comfortable with that verification method, the finance team can also use things like a utility bill that provide a name and address match to the payment method, for security purposes only. 

      You can also use payment methods that have further verification such as PayPal linked to them already.

      I purchased the Autonomous SmartDesk Connect in December 2022, but I'm disappointed with its quality. The desk wobbles even when in the non-standing position, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating. Even the slightest movement causes it to shake, which makes it difficult to work effectively. It's disappointing because I paid a premium for this desk, expecting it to be of higher quality than cheaper alternatives. I've tried adjusting it and tightening the screws, but nothing seems to work.
      I also had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service. I had to wait days to review a response from the customer service, and they're not helpful at all. They asked me to send a series of videos showing different angles of the desk, but still failed to provide any solutions. Their warranty is joke.
      Overall, I wouldn't recommend this desk to anyone who is looking for stability and reliability in their workspace.

      Scam of a company! They do not disclose items are sold via third party. If an item breaks they have fake warranties and fake customer service that give you the runaround and eventually just ghost you. No way to leave reviews. No follow up on if you’re even happy with an item. They do refund money but do not care if you’re satisfied with your products.

      Sorry for our delayed response. Upon further review of the complaint, we were able to pull the full correspondence history. I do see where there was some delay with the ***********. This has since been addressed accordingly. Rest assured that all of our products remain listed of who manufactures and ships the items directly on the product page. For example: The Autonomous ErgoChair Pro will show that it is manufactured and shipped by Autonomous. However, the third party vendor items we help to sell on our site are all listed by the company name and shows that they separately ship and manufacture their own items; which is why our team relies heavily on their responses as all the parts and information of their products must come directly from them.

      I purchased a chair: https://www.autonomous.ai/.../kerdom-office-chair...
      Warranty policy says:
      KERDOM promise 24-hour online service, 30-day free returns, 60-day free exchanges, and 1 year warranty.
      After a week I decided to return the chair due to
      1. it's uncomfortable
      2. doesn't recline
      When I contacted the company about the return, they said it was a final sale. The warranty and the return policy don't apply to my order. It doesn't say anywhere about final sale and no return policy.

You can review the item you purchased on the sale tab- and it does not offer a trial period next to the ship date. Our support agent also explained that your warranty is valid and active.
