5 stars*****! Go see ***********************! What can I say about him? He helped me and my lady choose our next car, which happened to be a 2023 CLA250. Before landing there, we knew we wanted an upscale commuter. He explained the 3 possibilities that fit our needs (further elaborated in person), which was the CLA250, C300 and GLA250. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and I'm saying this as a guy who owns an RV dealership (gokarv.com), I'm experienced when it comes to how a salesperson should treat someone who is in the buying process. He went from vehicle to vehicle talking aesthetics, chassis, options, pro and con, I was genuinely impressed. And then we left. We weren't totally ready to pull the trigger just yet, still had to iron out finance details, plus do our own due diligence when it came to selection vs the competition. After another week or two of daily interneting lol we finally convinced ourselves that the deal just couldn't be beaten, and this is with a 500 mile search radius (we definitely aren't afraid to travel to get the deal). We went back in today, texted him first (because we loved working with ***** so much, he was our guy for sure), then went back in to see him where we checked it out again and then guided us through the final steps in the process, getting us an unbeatable deal with our local very well managed dealer, from his desk manager ************* (awesome guy, great asset to the company) to his GSM ***************************** (she's all business and we loved her for her efficiency and demeanor). The finance manager was great too, *****************************, intelligent and witty, knew his available products and was able to get us in and out in a flash. THANK YOU ***** AND *********************************-BENZ, YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE OUT OF THE TWO OF US.Review fromJulio D B

1 starI have a 1998 Mercedes SLK took it to have them check a transmission issue they log it in at 70969 miles it is now in my garage at 70970 after driving it in and out of the garage. I was billed $778.54 for labor $0.0 for parts It was never test driven to check the issue
Walters M/B states that they removed the transmission pan for inspection but there is no charge for a gasket or fluid. The public knows that charges for parts are always added on, there was no charge because there was no fluid or gasket
Walters' M/B states that they checked the air pressure but air pressure lbs. are not quoted
Walters M/B states that they did other check but they never say the results of any of those "checks "
Walters M/B states that they wash and clean the car and even quote a "value" $19.95 price and that would be nice if they did it they do not!
My advise to Walters M/B is this as quickly as you can PLANT A NICE BIG SHADE TREE OUT FRONT and make the dealership legit.Review fromLinda N

1 starI bought a certified used car in September 2023. I traded on a BMW 330e 2022. O didn’t buy the warranty on the BMW because I had 2 cars and this is not the usual car I drive to work. My daughter’s car went out on her so I let her use my Prius for about 2 months. She couldn’t get her car fixed, which I had to drive the BMW for my long commute to work. I put 50,000 miles per year. I was getting my BMW serviced and walked to Mercedes to buy a tagged that I had from my previous Mercedes before I bought the BMW. I SAW A GREAT car and figured I’m upside down so it want work out. They were WONDERFUL until they sold me the car. The car was painted and wrecked on the left side. They put a screw so I couldn’t tell and new that. I’ve taken the car a least 15 times to the shop for various reasons and needs to go back today. Now I’m out of the 50,000 and have to pay 265.00 for the diagnostic test and this is certified. Also they sold me warranty for 5,000.00, maintenance, gap and everything. I called the finance guy who helped many many times, emailed to no prevail. This is the worst I have ever been treated and it a criminal charge not to display all the things that you know. They knew about the bumper had been wreaked and they fixed it up with screws and not the original parts. I asked the sales man why is the bumper damaged? He smiled and didn’t say. I thought it was a small thing but found out it was much more. I recommend Ontario Mercedes. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. HEED MY WARNING AND DO NOT GO THE EXPERIENCE THAT I’M FEELING!Review fromDanielle L

1 starThis is a very sleezy and unethical dealership. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by any car dealer in over 35 years of leasing cars. Andrew Wagner did a 'bait and switch' on me, raising the price of the deal less than a day after giving me a written offer and afterwards telling me the offer was only good for a few hours! His weak-kneed superiors, Sean and the GM, aren't much better, both too cowardly to even respond to me after jerking me around and reneging on a written offer. Some nasty Brandi person called at one point for some bizarre reason and ended up hanging up on me when I asked her what she wanted. Do yourself a big favor and go anywhere but here. These people are HORRIBLE. They are rude, unprofessional and SHADY. They deserve to be shut down.Review fromSon V

1 starWhat an absolute joke of a dealership and staff. I would leave a zero star if I could. If you like to waste your time, have them screw up paperwork, and a surprise charge on your CC months after your purchase, this is definitely the dealer for you. Condescending staff that treat you like trash. Spend your money somewhere else, anywhere else. This dealer and Walter's as a group really specialize in making your experience like hell. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.Review fromMel K

1 starI have purchased a GLE350 from Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. At the time of signing contract, the finance manager upsell me the prepaid maintenance. He told me that prepaid maintenance can protect against cost increase, and he also advised me that I can keep the prepaid services to pay the high mileage services, such as 50000- or 60000-miles services which cost more. He also told me that I can call him at any time to cancel the contract and get the refund for unused prepaid services. That's why I keep two prepaid services unused. He did not mention anything about the expiration on these services when he guided me to sign the contract. He just mentioned that I paid $1875 for 4 services, and I can get refund at any time for unused services. He gave me wrong information about the refund policy of prepaid maintenance services. I had no idea there is expiration on the unused services until I called the Walter's dealership to get the refund on 10/26/2022. I talked to Justin, he emailed me the cancellation form for the prepaid services, and I returned it to him two days later. After that he ignored my emails completely until I sent him an email on 11/10/2022 to advise him that I will take further action against Walter's if I don't hear any response from him. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone because of their business practices.Review fromMichael M

1 starThis is the most horrific place to spend your money on the luxurious car. The salesman, Alfonso, and his manager, Tito, will lie to you just to get the deal without giving you the service that you desire. They lie about the car’s features, the price (if you have one in mind from a different dealership), they will tell you they will match, but they will not. There have no knowledge about the car there’re selling! They sold me a car over $100,000 with one key, no manual, no fuel card(EV car) that was supposed to come with. Once they get the deal from you, they leave you in the dark with no support, and if you questioned them, they will become extremely rude. When I asked for the spare key, Alfonso, the sales agent, told me do you want me to pay for one from my own pocket to get your spare key? Before I committed myself to buy the car, Alfonso told me that he has gets the second key for me in a couple of days. Make story short, there are many other Mercedes-Benz dealerships with dedicated employees. So you would rather of visiting a different location without getting harassed at Walter’s MB.Review fromRaleigh K

1 starThis Mercedes service center is a scam and I already reported them to the BAR of California. They upsell everything and make it seem like your car NEEDS services or it’s undrivable. They charged me $715 for spark plugs that should’ve cost $300 and I ended up not needing them as my old spark plugs were fine. Additionally they wanted to charge me $1800 for new tires that I didn’t need (also the same tires were $800 cheaper at Costco), they said my tires were dangerous, I had two other mechanics look at the tires who said I had 40% left and that the tires are only two years old. They wanted me to purchase a new filter for $200 when they are $40 online. Lastly they said my transmission needed a flush for $1500, when flushing a transmission is incredibly bad and doesn’t prolong the life. This Mercedes service center deserves to be investigated, the way they upsell people is criminal.
