    I had to check in here for an emergency. The price i found did not match the price I was charged. I was traveling with my cardiac alert dog. I have pots.I arrived middle of a pots episode and needed to lay down. They told me I would not be charged for my service animal. But when I went up the stairs with my service animal they yelled at me and told me they had to charge me a fee for my dog. I was tachycardic and needed to get to a safe place to lay down. I was on the verge of passing out and my brother paid it. This is illegal and DOES not conform to ada ********* I bought three nights. First night in the room which is room 210. There is what appears to be blood on the mirror. And on the door lower portion of the paneling leading to the bathroom. The room is filthy. There are stains all over. The door leading to the bathroom especially. The door for the bathroom has the door jam totally broken and the wood is cracked visibly in a 4 inch gap. I will be contacting corporate for not only the room but for the cleanliness surely. The company upholds hygiene practices? When I got into bed, I was already suspicious but I needed to lay down. There was no proper mattress cover just a sheet over the top of a heavily stained mattress. There was little black flecks of things in the bed. And I tried to ignore it because of my situation. I went to sleep. On night two, I was woke up by very very loud men out of my window who were shouting at one am. After making a phone call to the front desk. (Who seemed unwilling to help). When I got back in bed and tried to go back to sleep. I felt something crawl on me. I squished it. It was a bed bug. I got up out of bed then and found ANOTHER bed bug. So I took a picture of it. showed the picture to the staff. I was told it wasn't their wall. I paid a total of $300. I only stayed one complete night. The business owners took advantage of me in a medical situation. And denied me legal accomadation with my service dog, charging me illegally

    I booked a room here for 2 days and when I went to sleep I was itching very badly all over my body . I woke up to see on the edge of the bed there was bed bugs everywhere. I asked them if I can get a refund and they denied my request . This is a health concern and has caused severe itchiness all over my ******** spent my hard earned money and the least they could have done was issue me a partial refund .
