Complete fraud. I ordered one of their products for my girlfriend, measuring her as their website instructed. Although I could drive to this company in an hour, it took 3 weeks for the item to show up. On its tightest setting, the item strap was at least 5" too big, leaving the item completely useless. On top of that, while Chest Savers asks for measurements in 2" increments, there was no size indicated on the item, tag, or packaging (a plain plastic bag). It is apparently made "one size fits all," which would be impossible for this item. Again following the instructions on their website, and well within their return time limit, I emailed them asking for a return shipping tag (required by them) so I could get an exchange or refund. They never responded. There is no phone number to call anyone. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, and they denied my refund because Chest Savers confirmed that they shipped the item! They could have shipped an empty plastic bag. I had already provided my order confirmation (complete with size), the shipping details, a screenshot of Chest Savers' return policy, and a copy of the email I sent asking for the exchange/refund. After I was denied, I sent MORE documentation, a complete timeline, and a dozen photos showing how loose it was on my girlfriend, and that there was no size indicated anywhere. Still denied, for unspecified reasons (Capital One, BTW, which used to have exemplary customer service). Somehow, Chest Savers was able to take the time to dispute my claim, but not to address my claim with me in any way. This happened 3 months ago, and I still have heard nothing from this shady "company," which is apparently a one woman show. I had the option of several companies' products, but chose Chest Savers in part because they were one of the pricier options. I wrongly assumed that assured quality.
