MY car had an issue were it would start sometimes and other time I would have to wait to start the car. I called master tech locksmith {***** who claims he is the owner} explained the problem, i came to the conclusion it would be the ignition switch and he concurred. ***** said to bring the car's ignition switch plus two other ignition switches which i had purchase on July 21,2022 at the wrecking yard. I delivered them to him on friday morning the job was for him to clone one of the used ignition switch to my original and also make a second key for the price of 380.00. He called me on friday evening said the key and switch was ready I picked them of on Saturday paid him {no receipt} took them home installed parts into car several time they did not work key or programed ignition. I called him explained they did not work and he said I would have to bring the car to him. I had the car delivered to him on Monday July 25,2022 he said he would call me. I called him multiple times and texts to him with no response from July 25 through July 28,2022 . So I dropped by and was able to talk to his worker that spoke to him on a two way and said he would work on it that night did not happen. So after more call and texts from me {from July 28 to Aug 2,2022} and no response from him i tried a second number ###-###-#### and he answered i asked why he wasn't returning my texts or called he said i don't answer car from customer and again he would work on it that night with his co worker. So after more calls and texts not being answered by ***** I text and called leaving messages i wanted and refund and my car back. I went there friday Aug 5 my car was released to me by his worker. I would like a full refund. The business uses two names Auto Programming Center Inc and Master Tech Locksmith same address, I think he also lives there. I had my car repaired by *****s Locksmith.
