              My husband and I contracted Manufacturer Blinds by Gory’s Draperies to install my shutters for 10 Windows total. They quoted me 3,200 and scheduled the appointment for September 8th. They arrived on 09/08/22 and did not complete the installation for one final window due to bringing the incorrect window shutter and advised they would need to come back another time to finish the last window. I have since then contacted the business on 09/13/22. No answer. I called them again 9/30 and got a voicemail after 2-3 rings with an automated text message that said “I can’t talk right now, I’ll call you back.” My husband called again and we were advised they would come finish the job on 10/04/22 at 10 AM. They did not come this day so my husband called at about 12pm and was told he would get a call back. They never called back. I called today 10/06/22 and got sent to voicemail after 2 rings with another automated text saying “Can’t talk.” I need this last window completed ASAP since they have already taken the payment and cashed the check for 3,200.

              i WISH I COULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS NO STAR RATING - When I initially met with P**** on March 29, 2023 and said he was the owner, he was on time and very accommodating and I placed my order. He said the shutters would be ready in 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the day the shutters were to be installed, he never showed up, never called, and I had to track him down. He apologize that the shutters were not ready and another week would need to be added. When the time came again, the same thing happened where he did not call, and another week needed to be added. Finally the day came and the installers were 2 1/2 hrs. late, and on top of that, the shutters were not made correctly and the entire order had to be take back to the shop! However, they had already taken down all my window blinds so they put up paper shades until they returned in a week. I thought, okay I can live with the paper shades for a week......... BUT AFTER A WEEK, NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE OWNER P****! Finally he answered my call after the 12th time I called. Only to hear him apologize again, and gave me another date the installers would be at my home. They never came! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY HE IS NOT TRUST WORTHY AND WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER!
